• Rares (10/5): - Totul ca la carte. Ai tot ce îți trebuie, zonă liniștită, totul este aproape, inclusiv stația de tramvai, de autobuz. Apartamentul este foarte spațios și foarte primitor. Recomand tuturor!
• Michele (1/5): INCUBO - La posizione Appartamento trovato in condizioni pietoso. Gabinetto sporco di c****, armadi pieni zeppi di vestiti di nn si sa chi, lavandino e frigo sporchissimi. La cosa più grave è stata la puzza di fogna che fuoriusciva dalla doccia che ci ha reso il soggiorno un incubo. Al nostro arrivo abbiamo trovato la porta di casa aperta e, facendo notare la puzza di fogna, non abbiamo avuto assistenza da parte dell’host se non quella di buttare un po di candeggina, lo stesso non ha mai inviato qualcuno a pulire tutto lo schifo abbiamo trovato in casa. Dopo 2 giorni che continuavo a far presente i problemi non ha più risposto. É staro un vero Incubo, consiglio di stare alla larga da questa struttura ma sopratutto da chi viene gestita

• Mikhail (9/5): Очень комфортная квартира, недалеко от Politecnico di Milano Bovisa - Мы провели здесь две недели, выбрали по причине близости к Политекнико Бовиса. Квартира очень светлая, с хорошим, отлично продуманным ремонтом. Удобные матрас и подушки, очень чисто. Кухня оснащена хорошей техникой Siemens и содержит много посуды и полезных мелочей для готовки, была даже бумага для выпечки и пакетики для льда. Система доступа в квартиру, по-началу непривычная, оказалось очень практичной - я уходил рано и квартира закрывалась автоматически. Когда жена выходила из дома, ей было достаточно мне позвонить и я открывал ей дверь онлайн. Не нужно было думать у кого останутся ключи или бояться их потерять. Отличная терраса. В целом мы шикарно провели время Сняли один балл за отсутствие москитных сеток и периодический запах в ванной комнате. Также площадь квартиры в букинге указана с учетом террасы, по факту жилая площадь меньше.

• JIRI (8/5): Modern flat in a safe neighbourhood - A modern, well-equipped flat with a good connection by tram to the city centre. Quiet and safe location. We had a very good stay overall, no problems. Those who are not good friends with smartphones might struggle to get into the flat as the access is controlled by an app. It gets some getting-used to and reliable mobile data. Otherwise more focus on cleanliness would be welcome (dust in wardrobes, cleanlines of cookware...).

• Marit (10/5): Enjoyable :-) - The apartment was clean and tidy and had everything necessary for a comfortable stay. Can absolutely recommend if you’re looking to stay in that area of Milan! The only thing to note is that you will need a smartphone to be able to enter (the locks use a Smart Lock app).
