• Hristiyana (7/5): - Местоположението е добро и инструкциите за настаняване са добре описани. Просторно е и има най-важните неща за удобен престой. Вратата на душ кабината е повредена и трябва много да се внимава. Пискливият звук от печката е неприятен, но когато се изключи от контакта долу в шкафа, няма проблем.

• Doncheva (5/5): - Има нужда от обновяване , банята специално не беше ок .Освен това в стаята миришеше на манджа . Трудно се отправихме с откриването на кутиите за ключовете .
• Vayner (1/5): - Только фотографии апартамента Всё. Всё сломано, двери в душевую кабинку висят на одном ролике, могут в любой момент сорваться и разбиться. Ящики поломаны, матрас очень жёсткий. В апартаменте ооочень грязно, ходить возможно только в обуви
• Dimitar (4/5): Not great, but terrible - The location - close to the mall and tsarigradsko shose. Not very clean, in the bathroom there were bugs coming from the drain, the bath doors are falling apart, there was no normal mirror etc.

• Vasileva (1/5): Некомфортен предстой и никакво обслужване - Местоположението. Estar cerca del aeropuerto Апартаментът беше мръсен,без топла вода два дена и вратата на душ кабината се откачи. Когато званниш на телефона за връзка,никой не ти вдига, когато пишеш,същата работа никой не отговаря.
• Nikolay (1/5): - Единствената причина, поради, която избрах това място е, че е сравнително близо до летището. Обърнах внимание, че слизаме от полет, и ще се настаним късно. Най-нормалното нещо беше да включат бойлера, но уви не беше - т.е. нямаше топла вода. Всъщност работещия бойлер е задължителен, независимо дали идваш от летище или от където и да е другаде. Душ-кабината се разпадаше и беше доста вероятно да падне всеки момент. Като цяло, цялата хигиена на мястото не е на добро ниво. Не, че ще го купуваме, но все пак човек очаква да има нормални условия за престой, дори и за едно денонощие. Това определено е последния път в който ще ползваме услугите на този домакин.
• Ruslana (7/5): - Изглеждаше чисто. Става за кратък престой. В близост има хубаво заведение за хранене. Успяхме да открием безплатно място за паркиране сравнително наблизо. Комуникацията с управляващите имота (не отговарят на тел.обаждане). Locker-ите във входа са много на брой и не знаехме в кой точно са нашите ключове. Паркирането на улицата пред блока е забранено. От котлона има шум на всеки кръгъл час. Чаршафите са от синтетична материя. Едната врата на душ кабината е счупена и опасна при дърпане. Няма кош за отпадъци в банята.

• Galia (8/5): Апартаментът е удобен и близо до летището. - Кутийката-сейф с ключа и чипа се намира в една ниша, която не се вижда . Показа ни я случаен човек ,който излизаше от сградата . Това е добре да бъде уточнено в обясненията за настаняването. Също- че кодът за вратата на сградата и на кутийката с ключа е един и същ ,а двата чипа са за вратата към фоайето и асансьора .
• Christoph (5/5): Simpel apartment in an industrial building - Fast internet and clean apartment. It was not easy to find the location and the key box (some of the pictures in the mail do not work). Industrial building. Loud neighbours / thin walls. Definitely not worth the money (I paid like 42€). Better get a hotel or a hostel in another location.
• Blackdan (8/5): Once again I was ideal for what I wanted. - This is my 5 time staying at this flat, it is ideal if you are going for a flight in the early morning. The mall is about a 10 minute walk, you have all types of shops and even a cinema and lots of different food shops. After about 10pm all is very quiet. This time as I was leaving very early 04:00 am. I contacted the host the night before and ask if they would arrange a taxi for the morning. The taxi arrived on time. Later in the year I will use the flat again. N/A
• Vesela (1/5): Bad - The reasonable price in the area + the availability of parking Dirty kitchen, bathroom was super dirty (toilet and shower cabbin), no coffee or salt; but let me tell you: the bed sheets smell so hard of a low quality softener that I thought it was an aromatic device somewhere in the room. It felt they washed all the bed sheets only with the cheapest softener. It was hard to breathe at night... plus, there is ONE window only for this apartment.
• Blackdan (8/5): It was clean and had everything I needed. It was 5 minutes walk to the Mall. Good location too. - This was our second time here, everything was the same as I said in my last review. It is 5 minutes’ walk to the mall if you want to get food or go to the Cinema, there is also a MacDonald's between. Its also ideal for getting a taxi to the airport or some were else as they are all lined up outside. This was our second time here, everything was the same as I said in my last review. except she had problems with the cooker. She couldn't get it to work. I will have a look as I am going back for the third time in about 2 weeks time.

• Mirela (5/5): A one-night stay is bearable, but I wouldn’t stay for a longer period. - • Good location, within walking distance of The Mall, close to public transport stops, business buildings, and offices. • The instructions for reaching and entering the apartment are very detailed, clear, and easy to follow. • Free parking zone. The cleanliness in the apartment is at a very low level. Bathroom – The toilet seat was worse than a public restroom. The shower cabin was dirty, and its doors were barely hanging on, almost off their hinges. The shower sprayed water in all directions, and the water heater was very small, barely enough for two people. There was an unpleasant smell, probably coming from the drains. There was no shampoo or shower gel provided. Kitchen – Basic amenities were missing, such as a tea/coffee sachet, salt, or sugar. Bedroom – The bed was decent but mostly uncomfortable. There were unsecured and potentially dangerous electrical outlets. During our entire stay, there was an overwhelmingly strong smell of air freshener in the apartment, as if all the textiles were soaked in it, and it wouldn’t go away no matter how much we aired out the place. A piece of advice for the owners: if you want it to smell nice and fresh, clean the place instead of just using air fresheners. The neighbors are very noisy. The common areas are very dirty, unwelcoming, and smell of marijuana.
• Blackdan (8/5): Good place to stay for a couple of days and save money. - This location was easy to get to by taxi. There is a big mall next to the location if you want to get something to eat, there is also a cimera and lots of different shops. If you just want something quick there is a corner shop and also a McDonald's. The flat is basic with all in one room and bathroom but is fine for a short stay. I have now booked the flat for another 3 times over the next 3 months as I am traveling back and forth to the UK There was nothing I didn't like about the flat. Thats why I have booked it another 3 times over the next few months.
• Katerina (1/5): A disaster!!! Wait for my full refund! - This was one of the worst experiences ever! Filthy and very unpleasant place! The place looks the same as depicted here but in urgent need of renovation! The staff is very unpleasant to talk with, the lady am talking to is having her monologue without listening to what she is told. A day before our arrival, I asked for earlier check in to which I received an “Ok”. At the day of our arrival, I am trying to access the keys with the code provided earlier that day but without success. I am calling on the phone given for contact but no one is picking it up, therefore I am texting a message on the booking website. Subsequently I am given a new code and told that I can not check in earlier than 15:00, I answered that I have asked the day before and I wouldn’t have arrived if I was told that it is not ok to check in earlier. Finally, we are in the apartment, it is good to mention that am travelling with my almost 3 years old son. The first thing I see is the stained bathroom and the missing electric socket with the electric wires being exposed. Then, I decide to warm up food for my little one and found a dirty pot which needed a good wash. Together with the dust on the furniture and the bottle stains on the table, I found this place extremely unpleasant to stay in. Meanwhile, I have a missed call from the property manager and I call her back. There was a senseless monologue by her side again about the check in time and that they couldn’t even allow people who are coming to Sofia for medical reasons to check in earlier, nothing to do with my case. I told her that I have asked the day before and that the property is not clean to which she said that if I do not like it they will give me the money back and after some other senseless sentences she hung up the phone on me. I texted them again and told them that I am leaving and a waiting for my full refund.

• Miroslav (2/5): poor - Self check in instructions very bad. Can not find key box/are too small. Need to ask many times. Also, the outside of the apartment and corridor of apartment very very dirty. There was no bathrobe for the shower and, indeed, only one thrown on the bathroom floor and humid and obviously used by previous guests. There was no glass in the bathroom.No coffee,or tea ,sugar/ very simple things/.

• Ani (6/5): Pleasant - Booked the apartment because it is really near to my own home and it was comfortable to accomodate guests there. It could be cleaner. There were insects in the bathroom. It had a strange smell in the room. The double bed was not comfortable, the single bed as well. The whole building is extremely dirty and disgusting. The whole floor was smelling awfully, people were smocking weed in the next apartment.

If by "free parking" they mean the not asphalted street just outside the building - it is not free as there are signs that parking there is forbidden and most of them are not for low rides. Pillows not comfy.

• Ride (8/5): Value and location - Price and located next to a big shopping Mall. 5mins walk to McDonald. It's good for short stay. Self check in instructions. Pictures are too small. Need to zoom in. Also, the outside of the apartment and corridor of apartment seem like a in complete project.

• Borja (9/5): Superb - Nice little and clean room/apartment. The kitchen was not working properly and the repair was fast. There is a mall next door. It is really far from the center, although not far from the airport. The neighborhood is not really lively.
• Steven (8/5): A quiet place with all the basics you need. - The location was quite good, though not very close to the city. There is a shopping centre/mall a 10 minute walk away which is quite convenient. Sofia is quite a nice city. It was nice to have a table and chairs and washing machine. Sometimes there was an unpleasant smell in the bathroom. I suspect there is no u-bend in the shower drain. This seems to a common thing in Bulgaria. It wasn't a major problem.
