• Meng Fong (7/5): Experiencing a local home stay - Prime location, located at 淮海中路, opposite of 光明邨大酒家(淮海中路总店), and walking distance to two metro lines. Bathroom is a bit small, it is located at local residential area, cigarettes smell at doorstep due to smoking at other units, passageway from entrance to room doorstep is rather dark during night. It’s a local stay, not hotel type. With this consideration, comparatively the price is expensive as I stayed in another hotel few days ago which cost me 30% lower per night with even breakfast inclusive. Can hear the sound outside of the room clearly.
• Luisa (4/5): SCONSIGLIATO: sporco, freddo, trascurato, muffa - La posizione è perfetta, molto comoda per visitare Shanghai. Le foto non sono veritiere, sembra passato almeno 10 anni da quegli scatti. La stanza è fredda, nonostante il condizionatore appeso in alto in stanza. Il letto sul soppalco riceve tutto il caldo, è quasi soffocante dormire lì se il riscaldamento resta acceso, mentre per chi dorme sotto non viene riscaldato molto bene l'ambiente. C'è anche una stufa ma appena l'abbiamo accesa ha iniziato a puzzare di fumo. C'è muffa in diverse pareti. Una pentola (l'unica) era incrostata e piena di muffa con una puzza incredibile. Sportelli della cucina gonfiati dall'umidità non si chiudevano. Cucina per noi inutilizzabile! Pulizia in generale malissimo! Appartamento assolutamente NON CONSIGLIATO!
• Grace (10/5): Great stay - Very convenient with excellent transport links. The room was comfortable, and the host was wonderfully responsive and easy to communicate with. A fantastic find and great value. Would definitely stay again! .

• Meredith (7/5): - Great location! Comfortable space. Only complaint is the temperature was not the same in the loft, and with the heat on, it felt considerably hotter up there than the rest of the apt.
• Yohannes (8/5): Very good - Location is perfect, just near the center of Middle HuaHai Road. Easy to go by walk to Metro Station. Near 7Eleven, also tons of food and restaurant. Part of the air conditioner is really dirty, need to be cleaned. The water heater sometimes a bit of a problem. The toilet a little bi small, difficult to move around.
• Tylor (10/5): Exceptional - The place is lovely and spotlessly clean, with a real Shanghai charm to it. The location is fantastic, with plenty of bus and metro options nearby, making it really easy to get around. There are also plenty of places to eat and shop, and being so close to the subway is a real bonus for convenience.
• Sonya (10/5): It’s a nice room with a great location - Very good location, nearby the metro station, just a few minutes walk This community has a very local living atmosphere, you can feel the daily life of the locals very interesting. And the food in this area is also very good, it is a local special flavor
• Denise (10/5): Great location!! - I’d say the location of this place is spot on. It’s only about a 5-minute walk to the subway, so getting around is a breeze. You’re pretty much right in the thick of things, and there’s a real local vibe to the area. The streets are lined with some cool little shops, cafes, and spots where you can get a taste of daily life. It’s not just another touristy area, which makes you feel like you’re living like the locals do. Honestly, if you’re looking for an authentic experience and easy access to transport, this place ticks all the boxes.
