Jirina (1/5): - Věděli jsme, že je to sklep, ale nepočítali jsme se silným zápachem plísně. Byla vidět i skrze tapetu na zdi. Sem už nikdy.
Dicks (5/5): Resort great, accommodation not great. - Easy to find. The room was as expected. The Sauna was out of order the whole time we were there. This should have been known before we booked. We were given the wrong wifi password and it took 48 hours to sort this out. So we had no wifi for 2 of our 7 days. Poor communication from staff to fix the wifi. Other guests were noisy, with loud music after 2200 and banging doors. The 'oven' was a joke that just made a lot of smoke. Other guests set off the fire alarm twice. No bedside tables. No plug in the sink.
Koen (7/5): Good - No host, but a key box. it wasn't clear which key box, most of the parking spots where reserved for other apartments. It was unclear what my designated parking spot was, Sauna not operational. Wifi didnt work. but for sure worth the price.
Erwin (9/5): Grea for sports enthusiasts, if you expect luxury go somewhere else. - Yes, its in the basement with a very small window. When you are there just to ski, its perfectly ok. The beds are great. Don't go there if you expect luxury.... It has nothing to do with the 4 seasons hotel chain!!

Anonymous (6/5): Was okay for us but not worth the money - It was only one bus stop away from the ski lift and it had its own ski room and a sauna in the basement. It was in the basement, which was not mentioned in the description of the property. It was not well equipped and there was mold which didn‘t get removed by the staff even after one of the staff members told us the housekeeper would do it the next day.
