• Traceynob (9/5): Lovely apartment on 2 floors, well located, pretty outside space, and every amenity available, - Location is excellent, tube station 2 mins walk away makes it easy to access everywhere, particularly convenient for Battersea, Brixton, Lambeth etc. Few nice pubs, loads of takeaways/shops all within walking distance and also a small park. Lovely apartment, really comfy sofa and beds, well equipped kitchen and really appreciated the availability of tea and coffee, cos I always forget to bring teabags from home....!! On a main road which seemed to get busier at night, with speeding cars, blue lights, people outside arguing over a kebab etc but this is London so pretty much expected and price you have to pay for being so central

• Angela (8/5): Very good - It felt like a home away from home. We loved the location, it's only a short walk from tube and busses. The flat itself is nice. It's on 3 levels, which we liked – seems quite traditional. It's very well fitted, it had everything we needed and even offered tea and coffee. The beds were comfy. And the outside area is cute. We were travelling with two kids and they liked it too. Nick was great to communicate with, he always responded quickly. The kitchen counters and floors/carpets weren't too clean. Also it smelled a bit moldy in one of the rooms. But it was clean where it counted the most: bedsheets, bathroom & towels. We felt comfortable. You can hear the tube from the bedroom. It didn't bother us – we slept very well – but might be relevant to others. With all that said: we had a great time and would recommend this place.

• Valentina (10/5): Nice flat close to everything. - Very close to the tube and buses, easy to reach the center. Very nice to have a whole apartment. Comfortable beds and with all you need for a nice vacation. The kitchen, although really well equipped, was not clean like the rest of the house. But maybe is just me being precise.
• Eilin (10/5): Comfy, cosy flat close to the tube and shops - Right next door to a shop, a 5 minute walk from the tube, this flat was extremely comfortable and cosy. We really enjoyed our stay here. Beds were extremely comfortable. Will definitely stay again! The only thing I can think of is the lack of a shower mat to stop me falling in the shower and the hot and cold taps being mislabelled in the shower (which was a non-issue once we figured it out)
• Jochen (7/5): Good - Nice flat, has all you need for a couple of days visit. Everything was well prepared. Next Tesco Express ist just 10 min walk away. A bit aged flat with all it‘s weaknesses, but everything in order. The nearby tube line makes it‘s noise, which is particularly remarkable during night, but after a couple of nights you get used to it.

The location is incredibly convenient, just a 3-minute walk from the station, making it easy to explore the city. The place itself is spotless, and the cleanliness exceeded my expectations. Yvette and Nick are extremely charming and friendly, ensuring we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. One of the highlights of our stay was the lovely little garden. It’s a peaceful oasis where you can relax, have morning coffee, and even spend some time reading in the afternoon. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a quiet, clean, and conveniently located spot in London. I would definitely stay here again!
• Tazeen (9/5): Comfortable and cosy family time - It was a beautiful and spacious property. Comfortable for family stay. Overall no complaints.
• Schneider (10/5): Exceptional - The apartment was very convenient and clean. The beds were super comfy. We slept well despite the noise from the tube, which you will hear everywhere London. The apartment was very spacious and equipped with all you need: oven, toaster, microwave, water cooker and ALL kitchen utensils. For us it was all perfect. We were close to everything, good restaurants and the Tube right around the corner. The host is outstandingly friendly and took good care of us (answered all our questions super fast, bottle of wine for the stressed out Mom...;0) The kids loved the 2 TVs in the apartment. We loved it and definitely will come back.
• Gabriela (10/5): A very good choice if you travel with family or friends - you will feel like at home :) - The location of the apartment is excellent - very close to major interest points of London. You have to walk like 30 minutes and you are there. Also, there are shops very close to it, also some fast food points where you can have good food. Kitchen is equiped with anything you need - you can cook. Coffee is on the house (good one) - there is an espresso machine in the apartment. Beds are very comfortable, you can use the heet if needed - we had really good sleep there. The owner is very kind, ready to help you on any matter, quick response anytime we needed. It was one of our best stays in European Capitals that we visited. Absolutely nothing.

Location is great and there's everything you need for a perfect stay. Definitely recommending this place! The only thing is that the buttons for hot and cold in the shower are reversed and it took us a while to figure that out. :)
