• Amber (1/5): Really disappointed with this place. Would not recommend - Location was decent Power was cut early morning of last day with a 5 minute warning. No apology provided. Unable to dry hair or finish charging equipment. Could hear the people living in the unit above walking around till late at night and talking outside our windows early hours of the morning. Could hear everything on neighbours tv until 11pm.

The lock on the back door didn’t work. Bit of noise with the person upstairs. Photos make it look much nicer and newer, but still a decent reno job. Bathroom old but fine, although lots of mould.

Slept with chair in front of door No wifi, tv didnt work, property didn’t answer any messages about wifi or door not locking
• Debbie (10/5): Excellent location and very comfortable stay - Location was excellent. Just one street from the beach and easy walking distance to shops and pub in Miami. The area was super quiet which was amazing considering the amount of road works and construction happening in the area.

Neighbours were lovely, didicated parking space was much appreciated as there was no available spaces on the street.short walk to a nice beach. I will definately return but would love to have fly screens on the sliding door and a curtain or blind on the kitchen window. Apart from that it was a great stay.

• Kirsty (10/5): Fabulous self-contained apartment with all the amenities close to beach and great coffee! - Great location, steps away from beautiful Miami Beach and Piccolo Cafe for great coffee, and a really quiet little back unit of a small apartment complex. Unit had beautiful decor and suited all of my needs. Loved the off-street parking too as I had rented a car for my stay. I loved my stay here!

The apartment had everything you need for self sufficiency, a stove , fridge, washing machine and was clean, the bed was comfortable. There was a fair amount of noise from other apartments .People talking and walking as well as some plumbing noise.
