• Dunk (3/5): I would never stay at this place again an the host are extremely rude - It was close to shops It was very dirty and had cockroaches everywhere at night wouldn’t stay hear again
• Kelly (8/5): Overall it was really clean, the host was really responsive and helpful to questions. Good Location! - The location was BRILLIANT!!! perfect for what we needed, great views, clean and tidy, lots of amenities and really close to some good Coffee Shops (super important to us) we only needed the car to head further into Sydney, otherwise the rest of the stay we walked everywhere. Great gyms right near, easy accessible food markets. Not a fan of the bedding and pillows. Not uncomfortable, but could be better. Instructions could be a little more clear, though they came through in folders and with images which were great. There is actually no easy way to describe the car parking there. But easy to get in and out of when you know how.

• Ali (7/5): Good - Clear statement of the address of the parking in the initial message would have helped our search. The videos were helpful but had to ask people to find the parking door

• Stefano (4/5): Place is top, management and procedures painful and unhelpful - The apartment is new and excellent. The description how to park the car is useless, the person on the video cannot be understood and it would be very simple to remark that the entrance for parking is on the back of the house from Meredith St., then a plan where the parking spot is would be good, as the numbers are all over the place without clear logic. I wasted my time with Eric over 2 days , because they refused to give us a 2 nd key, not even with a deposit, so to enter the house either everyone arrives home same time, or even in the middle of the night the person in the apartment needs to come down to open the door, that is a inconvenience and joke for an apartment is such price class. Eric did not answer any calls and refused to meet, but is a keyboard war hero. After 22.00 you are on your own. I found it affronting to be forced to pay a 500.- deposit by bank transfer and being treated when refuse is not orderly separated a charge of 200.-. In my opinion it is not up a host to make such ridiculous demands. Sad to have such bad customer service and procedures.
