• Lisa (10/5): Great! Perfect place to stay. - The location was wonderful. Readily accessible to restaurants, metro, the trains coming from the airport, the UN building. Everything was very new, functioning, clean and in working order. The host was very friendly, helpful, and responsive prior to arrival. At first I would have put as a dislike was the natural light available (although it was not a surprise as the advertisement showed this. It is a ground floor unit with only a window in the front, but once we saw how to open the shade, it let sufficient light in. I can say that I had several colleagues in different apartments around Rome and from what I have heard this has the most amenities and very modern.
• Annousse (10/5): Mieux qu'un hotel 4 étoiles - Super appart, tout juste rénové, moderne, il manque absolument rien. Super bien situé pour visiter Rome à pied et proche d'une gare pour l'arrivée de l'aéroport et d'une station de métro. Le service d'Alessia, c'est la différence, la communication et les efforts sont excellents !

• Chao (10/5): Spacious. New and Modern. Safe neighbourhood. Considerate host. - Very efficient and effective communication before arrival. Well stocked pantry and lovely surprise in the fridge! Spotless and nice fragrance. I wish for a shower caddy. But the shower itself was excellent.

• Cywicki (10/5): Most enjoyable and highly recommended - The property is very well located within walking distance to the colosseum and the Rome Metro. The area has the advantage of not being congested with tourists so you can conveniently visit the tourist sights and then escape the maddening crowd. The Hosts are extremely accommodating and assisted in getting me to the airport when Rome was in a strike lock down. There was nothing to dislike.

• Terry (9/5): A modern apartment with modern amenities situated in a perfect location in Rome. Highly recommended. - San Saba is a perfect location in Rome as it is close to the city centre and also close to major attractions, including the Circus Maximus, Colosseum, and the Roman Forum, among others. Viale Aventino is close by with a range of food outlets/restaurants/shops, making it very convenient for travellers. In addition, the number 3 tram is easily accessible. San Saba is also a mature district that is relatively quiet and well-maintained. The owners of the property were great to deal with and attended to any issues or concerns very promptly. My only comment is that the double bed mattress was a little soft for my wife and I, but this is purely personal preference and should not detract from the overall review. A suggestion would also to have an information compendium available inside the premises.

• Kleoniki (10/5): Exceptional - We recently stayed in a beautiful apartment in Rome and had an absolutely wonderful experience. The room was not only spacious and beautifully decorated but also equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Our hostess, Alesia, went above and beyond to make our visit special. On our last day, we needed to check out by 10:00 AM, but since our flight was late in the evening and we had a baby with us, we were concerned about where to leave our luggage. Alesia was incredibly kind and thoughtful—she arranged a nearby luggage storage for us and even offered to drive us there herself. She made sure there was a car seat for our baby, which was such a considerate touch and made the whole process stress-free. Overall, Alesia’s hospitality made our stay unforgettable, and we would highly recommend this apartment to anyone visiting Rome!

• Paul (9/5): A very well equipped and modern apartment in a good location - Very comfortable bed, super size with generous duvet and extra if needed. (And the weather was cold during our visit). Well equipped, with nice little extras - coffee machine with generous supply of capsules, 2 tvs, one in the lounge and one for the bed. There's even mood lighting in the shower. Alessia the host was super helpful and kept in touch by text throughout the stay. Nice quiet area, only about 15 mins walk from Circo Massimo and there's also the tram/metro from Piramide. There's no view outside, though there is natural light from fanlights above the entrance door.

• Kurt (8/5): Good deal in Rome - The apartment was very nice with great finishes. A fully equipped kitchen allowed us to cook a few meals. It was affordable and the location was very close to the Metro and train to Fiumicino Airport. Located off main streets in a relatively quiet area. Ground level with single pane storefront type windows does little to mitigate noise from passing scooters and people walking by. The lighting/ventilation in the bathroom needs to be changed from occupancy sensors to manual control.

There’s no news to have automatic lights in the bathroom. They would go off if I spent too long or moving in the bathroom (bit this isn’t anything dramatic)
