De kortingspas is in april nog niet geldig, jammer dat dat een starttijd op zit vanaf half mei. In april zijn nog wel veel dingen in de omgeving dicht..

Martijn (9/5): Heerlijke avontuurlijk week - Goede locatie, dichtbij van alles. We verbleven in april waar in Oostenrijk veel dicht is, Voorde van Zell al see dat wel veel open is. Fijn zwembad en sauna’s. Hele zachte kussens, we hebben kussens gehaald bij de Jysk.

Louise (10/5): Fabulous! - Spacious, modern, clean apartment with great facilities and responsive hosts. Thank you Tom! Nothing. But if you want to ski do check the season dates - Schmittenhöhe closes in the first week of April which caught us out as the Arietxpress is the closest lift. The ski bus to Kaprun was easy and not a problem though and we had glorious spring skiing.

Andrzej (9/5): Super - Wszystko w lokalu jest super - czystość, wygodne łóżka, sypialnia z łazienką, super wyposażona kuchnia. Wszędzie jest blisko do sklepów 2min., do jeziora 5min spacerkiem, do stoku 5min spacerkiem. Parking przed apartamentem. W apartamentowcu funkcjonuje dobra chińska restauracja. Wiec co kto potrzebuje jest dostepne. Mankament woda w basenie powinna miec 2-3 stopnie więcej. Uważam, że za tak wyposażony apartament z takimi udogodnieniami cena może być wyższa. Więc może właściciel powinien więcej kasować ale bardziej grzać basen.
Yevheniia (10/5): Чудове місце, гарно розташоване, дуже тихо і затишно. Вразила чистота помешкання, дуже комфортно. Кухня повністю обладна - Це дуже гарна зручна і чиста квартира з всім необхідним. Єдиний мінус для нас був це наявність в сауні людей без одягу, так як ми були з дитиною, залишити в номері її одну не можна, приходилося ходити разом, але із за цього були тільки один раз.

Elsbeth (10/5): - Het appartement. Heel ruimtelijk, ieder zijn eigen badkamer. Mooi en luxe afgewerkt. En de spa was ook heel goed. Vooral schoon ook. Goede parkeergelegenheid, dichtbij de piste. Het was echt fantastisch. We zaten niet naast onze familie met wie we samen hadden geboekt. Maar dat was echt het enige wat tegen viel.

Kevin (9/5): One of the nicest ski apartments we have stayed in. Great facilities and great location. - Apartments were very clean, comfortable, modern and no noise from adjacent apartments. Facilities including spa and pool were excellent. Separate boot room in the apartment was a bonus and additional downstairs loo in addition to two en-suite bathrooms was very welcome (not clear on the apartment description). Additional facilities on site included bar and restaurant. Separate ski lockers were also great as were laundry facilities. The apartment was fairly central to the local restaurants, shops and train station - all 5minutes walking distance. Nothing we didn't like - a few niggles only (eg Kick board in kitchen kept falling down, no spare pillows in bedrooms)

Holly (8/5): Wonderful accommodation - The property was fantastic. Great space, lovely sized rooms with en suites and waterfall showers, kitchen was perfectly equipped and the spa was fantastic. Location amazing, 5 minutes walk to the Areit Ski Lift, stunning views of the mountains from the apartments, and some great supermarkets nearby. Free parking right outside the doors to the building also a bonus. The beds are very hard and need some extra mattress toppers to ease this/provide more comfort. Really disappointing given everything else at the property was absolutely amazing. If the beds are improved, we would definitely book again!

Leider keine Reinigung zwischendurch, 1 Handtuchset für 7 Tage ... . Für 5 Personen nicht ausreichend Geschirr: entweder also mit der Hand abwaschen oder Geschirrspüler 3/4 leer einschalten (und wir haben nur gefrühstückt!). Der 5., der im Wohnzimmer schläft, hat keine Dusche - muss durch ein Schlafzimmer durch ...

Roman (9/5): Toll - Der Aufenthalt war sehr angenehm – das Hotel war ausgesprochen sauber und bequem eingerichtet. Bis auf einen fehlenden Toaster war alles vorhanden, was man für einen entspannten Urlaub braucht. Der Spa-Bereich ist absolut super: sauber, traumhaft gestaltet und mit einem tollen Pool zum Schwimmen. Das einzige Problem war der Eisregen am Morgen bei der Abreise – leider wurde versäumt, den Gehweg und den Parkplatz zu enteisen, was etwas unangenehm war.

Andre (6/5): - schönes Apartment, funktionell und recht hübsch eingerichtet der Pool ist viel zu kalt, der wurde kaum genutzt, von uns und unseren Kindern überhaupt nicht. Es ist schaden, wenn man ganz bewusst ein Apartment mit Schwimmbad sucht und es dann nicht nutzt.
Olena (8/5): - Чудове місцерозташування, прямо біля підйомника. Дуже тепло і комфортно. Не працювало освітлення в коридорі і згодом перегоріли ще лампи, задала питання хосту, відповідь так і не отримала. Взимку не вистачає швабри або килимка біля дверей, бруд з взуття розноситься по коридору
Malgorzata (9/5): Good comfortable stay. - Excellent quality in the apartment , very comfortable well equipped and spacious Pool was top col for us (around 27 degrees) and swimming possible only outside- sonom practice if too cold water outside we couldn’t use it with the kids in winter as no run just cold. This is the only drawback of our stay the rest was perfect.

Charlotte (6/5): - Flot lejlighed. God beliggenhed, fine faciliteter Værten var ikke kundevenlig. Vi manglede flere ting i vores lejlighed og udstyret var ikke i orden. Men han vendte ikke retur når vi henvendte os. Godt spa område, men mange nøgne mennesker. Det gjorde det udfordrende for børn.

Turki (7/5): All in all, it’s considered as a good stay however, it can be better by improving some things that has mentioned abouve - Location Clean Apartment furniture Kitchen equipment -No staff available, No reception -Time of check out -Nobody for cleaning available -Nobody help for luggage and even no trolley for carrying the bags, only one and you have to look for it at all entire hotel

diana (9/5): Excellent having two apartments for a large family - Excellent apartments, very convenient for slopes etc Lovely spa although would have loved a morning swim! Too hot! Hard to turn down heating. Even right down remained rather too warm. Kept burning the toast!

Pavel (9/5): Velmi hezký apartmán, velký a pohodlný pro 5 lidí. Parkování velmi blízko zadního vchodu. - Chtěli jsme 2 parkovací místa a měli jsme je rezervovaná = OK! Apartmán prostorný a dobře vybavený. Wellness s venkovnim bazénem je příjemný. Na lanovku AreitXpress je to 300 metrů pěšky nebo skibudem 1 zastávka (ihned oproti apartmánovému domu). Chybí hrnečky na malé expresso (kávu). Chybí něco na úklid vstupní předsíňky a šatny, pokud se tam našlape/ nanese špína... hadr, mop, kýbl.

Soumela (8/5): - Komfortable Betten, viel Stauraum und Schränke. Schöne neue Küche. Es gab 2 Pfannen in der Küche, die nicht für das Induktionsfeld geeignet waren. Insgesamt nicht besonders saubere Whg. Wir haben es beanstandet und bekamen den Fußboden neu gewischt. Staub in den Schränken und auf den Oberflächen.

Helena (8/5): - Tolles großes Apartment. Meine Eltern haben sich sehr wohl gefühlt. Wir hatten 2 Appartements und beide Appartements sehr schön. Die Gegend ist super. Vieles erreicht man mit dem Bus und mit der Summercard spart man sich wirklich sehr viel Geld da Gondeln usw über die Karte abgedeckt ist. Rund um ein toller Urlaub. Wellnessbereich ist klein aber toll.
Helena (10/5): Schöner Urlaub in traumhafter Gegend - Super tolles Appartement. Die Küche sehr gut ausgestattet und das Highlight der Pool und der kleine Wellnessbereich. Meckern auf hohem Niveau: Wir hatten im Zimmer kein Ganzkörperspiegel.

Sarah (9/5): Wir waren sehr zufrieden und können die Unterkunft jedem weiterempfehlen. - Sehr saubere und moderne Ferienwohnung. Toller Spa Bereich. Gute Lage, Bus und Bahn schnell erreichbar, in 5 Minuten zu Fuß am See. Das Auto konnte auf dem Parkplatz vor Ort sicher abgestellt werden. Nur eine Kleinigkeit fehlte uns bei einem Aufenthalt von 10 Tagen. Wir haben einen Staubsauger vermisst um z.B. nach dem Frühstücken die Krümel aufzusaugen.

Its location is also very convenient, right in the middle of the city, surrounded by restaurants and supermarkets – which is perfect for anyone looking to stay in the heart of the city. The room was spacious and had two levels: the upper floor with the bedrooms, and the lower floor which included a laundry/ironing room, a very useful storage room, and a bathroom equipped with a bidet shower – an important feature for us as Muslims. Overall, the room was very good and met our expectations. 1. The kitchenware was quite worn out and really needs an upgrade. 2. For families with children or guests looking for a quiet stay, the location might be an issue. The hotel is close to several churches, and since the property doesn’t have air conditioning, you often need to open the windows. Starting from 6:00 AM, the church bells ring every 30–60 minutes, which can be quite loud and may disturb your sleep. In addition, the hotel faces the main street, so traffic and outside noise can also be disturbing. 3. The parking area includes spaces for electric cars, but you have to bring your own charging cable. This was a bit unusual and inconvenient.
Heidi (10/5): - Iso 110 neliön asunto 3 makuuhuoneella, johon mahtui hyvin 6 ihmistä. Jokaisella oma vessa ja kylpyhuone. Kaksi parveketta ja parkkipaikka pihassa. Saunaosasto oli oikein hyvä, suomalainen sauna oli riittävän lämmin 85c. Uima-allas oli 28c ja pääsi saunasta helposti uimaan. Sijainti erinomainen. Jokaiselle oli 2 pyyhettä ja kylpytakki. Ruokakauppa vieressä, samoin bussipysäkki. Lähellä myös paikallisjunan pysäkki. Kävelymatkan 400m päässä oli hissi vuorille, polut lähtivät vierestä. Bussiyhteydet olivat hyvät, olisi pärjännyt myös ilman autoa. Pyörävuokraamo oli naapurissa ja alakerran aasialainen ravintola oli erittäin hyvä. Kokonaisuudessaan hieno ja siisti asunto ja asuntokompleksi. Summercard kuului hintaan ja oli iso etu, koska sillä pääsi ilmaiseksi hisseihin, busseihin ja paikallisjunaan. Mikroaaltouuni puuttui, joten ruoan lämmitys oli vaikeaa. Ei ollut myöskään leivänpaahdinta. Kahvinkeitin oli kapselikeitin. Ilmanvaihto huoneessa oli vähän huonoa, mutta onneksi ei ollut helteitä. Olisi helpottanut tieto etukäteen siitä että pesukone toimi 3kpl 1€ kolikoilla, samoin kuivaaja.
