• Isabella Rossi (10/5): Sentirsi a casa a Roma - Posizione ottima con la fermata Ottaviano della metro vicina, un bar per la colazione proprio sotto casa, un piccolo supermercato per le piccolo esigenze, zona piena di ristoranti e possibilità di fare la passeggiatina serale dopo cena a San Pietro che è a 10 minuti a piedi. Alcuni dettagli della casa come la serratura del secondo bagno rotta e i led non funzionanti e la mancanza dell'asciugamano piccolo per il bidet che non ti aspetti visto il prestigio della struttura.

• Aleksandra (10/5): Blisko metra, przestronnie i bezpiecznie. - Duża przestrzeń, prywatność, blisko metra, lody przy wejściu. Dużo udogodnień. Wygodne łóżka. My byliśmy z dziadkami plus dziećmi i każdy z nas miał swoją przestrzeń i mógł odpoczywać na swoj sposób. Z kuchni widać sklep spożywczy w którym kupowaliśmy jedzenie na śniadania. Panini po 3,50 euro.

• Suren (10/5): Great apartment for a big family - The location - it’s located in one of my favorite neighborhoods in Rome, and there are so many great places and restaurants right next to it. The facilities are also quite good. There is nothing that I didn’t like, just make sure to share your room temperature preferences with the host before arriving so they adjust it to your needs.

The Ottaviano team reached out to me as soon as I booked and were so helpful in the months leading up to my trip. The apartment was spacious, clean, and so very close to the Metro stop. My husband and I booked in this area because we wanted to easily be able to walk to the Vatican each day for Mass. It was such an easy walk! We traveled with our three teenage boys, and the accommodations were perfect! Having washer and dryer right in the apartment was a huge plus!
• Agnieszka (7/5): Dobra lokalizacja, ale bardzo głośna okolica i niezbyt czysto - Lokalizacja świetna, blisko metro, spacerkiem do Watykanu. Przestronne mieszkanie, wygodne łóżka, klimatyzacja. Okolica jest bardzo głośna. Jeśli ktoś ma lekki sen to nie zaśnie. Mieszkanie nie było zbyt czyste, mam wrażenie że zostały tylko pościelone łóżka i przetarte podłogi. Naczynia w kuchni się lepiły i niektóre były po prostu niedomyte i miały resztki jedzenia.

The main advantage is the location — a safe and calm neighborhood, only a 9-minute metro ride from the city center. A huge apartment with two toilets and a shower; it was perfect for four girls for five nights.

• Anne-Laure (6/5): Bien placé mais très bruyant - Placé à 2mn du métro, l’appartement permet d’aller visiter le Vatican et la basilique saint pierre en y allant à pied en moins de 10mn. La literie est plutôt bonne et l’appartement était propre et fidèle aux photos du site. Très facile pour le checkin. La chambre avec le grand lit est très bruyante, directement sur un boulevard très passant. Par ailleurs, les vibrations du métro sont très fortes et on les ressent dans l’appartement. Le lit une place est assez petit. La machine à café est également peu adaptée à un groupe de 4 personnes… La porte des salles de bains ne ferment pas à clé.

La ubicación es buena, cerca al Vaticano y había estación de bus y metro cerca también. Lo único es que una de las puertas de los baños no se podía cerrar. Son baños que dan al corredor por lo que cuando alguien lo usaba tenía que avisar que no pasen por ahí el resto de personas por privacidad

• Raegan (8/5): Fabulous location! Highly recommend! - We had a lovely stay at Vintage Ottaviano. Location is spot on with a metro station around the corner, GREAT bar on the corner with cappuccinos for 1.80 euros and a variety of pastries etc (you could also sit and eat without paying extra) and many restaurants around. It’s also right near the Vatican for those wanting to visit it. The price was very reasonable for what we got. Communication was great and the ladies that let us in were nice. We would happily stay again if we were in Rome. There is no lounge room if you are a bigger group (it becomes a 4th bedroom), which means you need to sit around a dining table in the kitchen to be together. The washing machine is in the kitchen, so it doubles as a laundry, making the space seem more cluttered if you need to hang clothing. We had an issue with the freezer being frosted open (which my parents rectified - taking 2hrs of their holiday time). Management left a bottle of wine for our time. There was also an issue with one of the two bathrooms locking/closing - the metal ring that you use to close/open the door from the outside was missing. We were told to keep it open by management (as it can be opened and closed from the inside when you use it), but we had toddlers who love playing in toilets (a safety risk for us), so had to keep it closed and open it up with a large metal cooking utensil when we needed to use it. We also couldn’t lock that toilet which meant that people kept having someone open the door on them.

Elisa is an exceptional host—professional, highly responsive, and attentive to every detail. Her customer-centric approach made our experience seamless and enjoyable from start to finish. The location of the apartment is unbeatable. It’s conveniently situated next to a metro station, with plenty of restaurants and a supermarket nearby. Plus, the Vatican Museum is just a stone’s throw away, making it incredibly easy to explore one of Rome’s most iconic attractions. The apartment itself exceeded our expectations. It was meticulously clean and thoughtfully designed, offering every amenity you could possibly need for a comfortable stay. The washer and dryer were a huge plus, and the fully equipped kitchen made it easy for us to prepare meals.

Close to the subway and the Vatican. Very easy to get to everything. I would love a king-sized bed that is made of a single bed. The two pushed together leaves quite a seam.

The apartment was air-conditioned well in each bedroom in the hot summer, the bed was comfortable enough, and all the spaces were clean. Various appliances in the kitchen were necessary and convenient, and the washing machine worked well. It was a little disappointing that there was no air conditioner in the kitchen.

Always felt safe. Metro across street. Elisa was amazing booking fun and delicious restaurants in neighborhood, getting drivers, etc. Our personal concierge. She made Rome the best leg of our trip. Thank you Elisa!!!  No A/C in kitchen, but not a problem since I was not about to cook and there was a table in living room we utilized.

The apartment is extremely spacious and clean, and they thought of everything. They even considered adoptors for vistors to europe. The apartment is adequately stocked with all the essentials Travelers would need. Xenia was exceptionally patient and helpful and spoke English also. Can't think of anywhere else to stay when visiting Rome again (this is a must repeat) There was nothing to dislike. This place was definitely underrated by bookings

Bathroom facilities were modern and in excellent condition. Good washer and dryer as well. Definitely would recommend. No issues.
