• Joachim (6/5): Zum Schlafen und den Tag ausklingen lassen war es OK. - Zum schlafen und den Abend ausklingen lassen war es OK. Die U-Bahnstation der U1 ist in 4min zu Fuß zu erreichen, wo auch ebenfalls ein bezahlbares Parkhaus ist. Ein sehr gutes Eiscafe sowie ein Hofer ist ebenfalls dort. Mehrerer Restaurants sind fußläufig erreichbar. Mit dem Auto kann man versuchen in zweiter Reihe zu halten und sich mit dem aus- einpacken beeilen. Die Wohnung ist spartanisch eingerichtet und hat keine Atmosphäre (alles sehr einfach und billig gehalten). Die Klinke zum Schlafzimmer war aus der Tür ausgebrochen. Der IKEA Schwinger war defekt. Vermeintlich ein Vormieter hatte ein Loch in die Leichtbauwand getreten, etc. Kleinigkeiten, aber... Das Waschbecken im Bad ist viel zu klein und aufgrund des darüber montierten Spiegelschrankes eigentlich nur zum Händewaschen geeignet, da man ansonsten das Badezimmer unter Wasser setzt und einsaut. Es war eigentlich sauber (Boden, Küche, Betten). Jedoch hat der Waschbeckenrand bereits schwarze Schimmelflecken und der Rand der Duschkabine ist ebenfalls mit einem Kalkschmandrand versehen. Es gab nur ein grosses Handtuch pro Person. Der abgebildete Balkon ist ein öffentlicher und wird als Abstellbereich genutzt. (defekter Stuhl, alte Auflagen, halbvolle Bierflaschen)

• Emanuele (8/5): Ottimo per un weekend di svago, ma con qualche piccola pecca - Posizione (vicino alla linea U1) e grandezza dell'appartamento (3 letti con 2 stanze separate). Sicuramente perfetto per una famiglia numerosa o più coppie o gruppi di amici. Letti e cuscini (troppo soffici) e qualche lenzuolo non troppo pulito. Gli asciugamani a persona insufficienti per una doccia.

• Petar (10/5): Great,easy accessible and pretty comfortable! 👌 - Very nice small apartment with all needed facilities in it. Nice location with public parking in front of a building and near (walk able) metro station. We were 5 adults and was pretty comfortable for one night sleepover. Very reasonable price and easy access into building and apartment with self check-in.

• Sarina (5/5): - Die Nähe zur U Bahn und zu den Lebensmittelgeschäften Für 1 Nacht ok,aber mehr hätten wir nicht bleiben wollen.Für einen längeren Aufenthalt würden wir uns mehr Sauberkeit erwarten. Rundherum etwas verstaubt und Haare von den Vorgängern am Boden. Am Esstisch waren noch die Reste der vorherigen Mieter zu sehen,jetzt nicht unbedingt schmackhaft.Hinter dem Bett(bei uns im Kinderzimmer) war eine benutzte Dosierspritze. Wie gesagt,Lage und Ausstattung war gut,aber alles andere wäre verbesserungswürdig.

• Alvaro (9/5): Amplio, cómodo y bien equipado. - Apartamento amplio, con tres camas bastante grandes, cocina muy bien equipada. Estación de metro a dos manzanas. Por decir algo, el horno no estaba limpio. La puerta del exterior del bloque era automática y tarda mucho en cerrar. A pesar que la comunicación con el dueño fue buena, me gusta mas que fuera en persona y no tan impersonal.
• Soledad (3/5): Big disappointment - Disappointment is short from my experience at this place. If we could have get a full refund we would have left the fiirst day of an entire week at this place. The only good thing was the size of the apartment. I will start saying the the entire apartment smells like a giant ashtray, the smell was so strong we have to sleep with windows opened the entire night and every single night we spent there. Covered in dust everywhere, from windows to under the bed, bathroom and sofas. The bathroom wasn't properly clean , the toilet brush covered in rest of used wet toilet paper. No mat for when you vome out of the shower, we have to ask for one. We were given 2 small towels for 2 people, no hand towels Washing machine wasn't clean inside so we didn't dare to use it. As I arrived first I found out that out of the 3 beds only one was made, fortunately the other person was coming the day after so she could have her bed done in the morning. The sheets weren't ironed and smell like humidity, and was just a bad mix with the tobacco smell. The bed in one of the rooms had wark of dirt like spits which just made it even more uncomfortable The amount of dust under the bed and on the rugs was just overwhelming. The kitchen had just the most basic of the items, no new sponge for washing, nor any tea towels or flannels. The kettle was full of lime scale from top to bottom The entrance of the building was dirty with trash and papers all over the floor. Impossible to sleep because of the horrific smell of cigarettes impregnated all over but also the neighbors had the tv on full volume from 2 am to 7 am every single night. Fights in the street just across the building, I wouldn't recommend this area for women travel alone like us or families with kids. It's sad as this could be a beautiful place where to stay in Vienna but landlords need to pay attention to details and check the state of the apartment in between guests.

• Radu (9/5): - Very easy check-in, big apartment (with 3 large and confortable beds). A big parking lot is nearby, with decent pricing. We paid 12 euros for 12-13 hours of parking. Also, there are good locals nearby (ice-cream, food, etc). The location looked a little bit dangerous, especially during evening. We got at the apartment at about 10PM and there were a lot of suspicious people in the neighbourhood and we felt a little bit unsafe, especially because we were with 2 small kids. However, nothing happened and everything was OK in the end. During the day, all gets to normal.

• Gerard (5/5): Nigdy więcej w tym miejscu. - Apartament dość duży Mimo zapowiedzi o której godzinie będziemy pokoje nie były gotowe. Musieliśmy czekać na posprzątanie. Niezbyt czysto. Pościel wyglądała na nie zmienioną. Była ułożona ale wygnieciona. Ręcznik był wilgotny. W nocy hałas na ulicy. Dzielnica nie ciekawa. Nie polecam. Na pewno tam nie wrócę.

• Jana (9/5): - Spacious appartment with comfortable beds, has everything you need during your stay. Some towells were little bit smelly, but not all.
• DmmP (7/5): decent for a couple nights - The apartment was clean and easy to get into. We arrived around midnight and had no problems getting in. Public transportation is about 3-6 blocks away depending on which line you want to use. There is a Hofer store about 3 blocks away. The fridge and freezer are a good size. There is both a washing machine and dryer in the unit. (we did not use either of these.) The washing machine is in the bathroom and the dryer is located right next to the front door. There are 2 bedrooms plus a living room, but the living room has a regular bed, not any kind of couch bed that can be put away. (We had no problem with this as a regular bed is usually more comfortable than a couch bed, but if you are expecting / wanting a couch, there is none.) There is an elevator. The unit had a large portable a/c unit, but it needed to be connected to a window or hole to the outside by a vent and this part was missing, so the unit just pumped out cool air on one side and hot air on the other side, making it useless, aside from the fact that it was also extremely noisy. Seeing as we stayed at the property in August and it was very hot, we were really counting on having a/c in the apartment, so that was disappointing. There were no oven mitts, so when we used the oven, we had to use a towel to get the tray out. The kitchen is very small with almost no counter space for preparing food. Because there was no a/c, we had to sleep with the windows open and this was quite noisy sometimes even in the middle of the night.

• Johanna (8/5): Ene comfortabele plek in de stad. - Een leuk appartement om 2 nachtjes in te verblijven. Het was ook compleet en we hebben er een goede tijd gehad. Het appartement is goed, maar het heeft iets minder charme dan hoe het op de foto's overkomt. Het balkon zag er heel slordig uit, oude stoelen en een volle asbak. Hoewel dit een algemeen balkon was, doet het wel meteen wat slordig aan.

Public parking facilities are conveniently located in front of the building. Additionally, a Park and Ride facility is accessible within a three-minute timeframe. The apartment's condition is generally positive. However, the building's age warrants consideration. Although the proprietary air conditioning unit is operational, it is currently non-functional due to the missing hot air outlet housing.

• Tudor (8/5): a one-week vacation - We liked the location and the apartment on the 3rd floor, as it was spacious and warm, with two bedrooms and a large bed in the living room, as well as a big table with six chairs. I also appreciated the promptness in trying to resolve any issues that arose. There are a few details that need to be addressed... Unfortunately, the washing machine is not in the apartment but located elsewhere. In the apartment, there is a clothes dryer that could use some cleaning. What I want to emphasize is that small details make a difference, and I had somewhat different expectations. That’s why I’m giving a fairly high rating, as there is room to improve the quality of services. Now, I will list what I noticed upon check-in: Mold around the bathroom sink Hanging electrical cables from both the bathroom spotlights and the TV Bathroom ventilation system full of dust Missing washing machine Found the microwave dirty (I left it as I found it) Oven tray that should be thrown away Dust behind the beds Dirty windows Missing wardrobe Missing pillowcases and bed linen for the second bedroom The stovetop should be checked as it is not functioning properly.

• Amra (10/5): Fantastic! - The accommodation is excellent! Communication with the host was quick and easy, and the location is very accessible. Cleanliness is at a high level, and the apartment is spacious and perfectly suited for both short and long stays. It can comfortably accommodate up to six people. All compliments to the apartment and the hosts! We would gladly return here! :) The only suggestion would be to add wardrobes in the bedrooms for easier storage of belongings.

• Brigitta (9/5): Superb - Good parking by car, comfortable beds, easy access, shopping nearby. The apartment was clean, helpful problem-solving staff. The induction hob was constantly switched off, there was a place for the washing machine, but it wasn't.
• Kuggeneswary (8/5): Perfect to sleep the night - We liked the home, it was just nice enough for 6 friends to sleep the night. The rooms and bathroom however did not smell great, and had a weird odor sticking to it but regardless it was fine as we only slept there at night. The room is located in a great location, easy to commute to all the attractions and Christmas markets. Thank you for the stay :) The bathroom odor :)
