• SOPHIA (9/5): - Appartement parfaitement situé, au centre historique mais dans une petite ruelle au calme. Très propre, très joliment décoré et entièrement équipé à neuf. Excellent séjour, je recommande chaudement Bruit au niveau de la salle de bains, le système d'aération doit être revu je pense
• Yara Sosa (9/5): Bonito y súper bien ubicado - El apartamento está muy bien decorado y es fiel reflejo de las.fotos. Está muy limpio y la ubicación es sencillamente excelente: puedes ir caminando a todos los sitios del centro histórico y, sin embargo no te molestará el jaleo del turismo y la gente. Hay que cambiar las lámparas para que no se cuelen mosquitos y bichos; una cucaracha que se instaló en una de ellas y fue difícil desalojarla. El apartamento huele a cerrado y a algo de humedad y aunque tiene un deshumidificador, como no se puede ventilar por los bichos, mantiene el olor. Creo que sería muy recomendable poner mosquiteras en las ventanas para dejar abierto y q se fuera ese olor; como tiene la reja andaluza en todas, no habría riesgo de robos.

We visit it on october, but during the summe - Modern apartment and the position was very good for enjoy the center The humidity was very high. Even either with the AC on, it was hard to ignore the smell of mold. I am not sure if the bed linen was clean, but we found some long hair over it (maybe it was a new one, but some hair has fallen from the cleaning women). Also, the checkout was at 11 and we were still in the apartment on 10:45. We were rushed to leave because the cleaning lady entered the house

• Jone (7/5): - todo nuevo y centrico Que había muchas bichos/mosquiteras pequeños, sobre todo en el cuarto de baño y q se acumulaba mucha humedad en el apartamento. A la noche algo de ruido debido a estar colocado en em centro de la Ciudad.
• Sara (4/5): No volveria - Ubicacion y el apto en si es muy cuki pero... Estaba PLagado de mosquitos por TODO el apartamnto. Entraban x el ventilador dl baño y ls 5 dias plagado. No tenian para fumigar y tuvimos q comprarlo. Una d las camas les faltaba lamas del somier y! El sofa sucisimo con surcos d gente q se habia sentado. Asqueroso.

• Agnieszka (7/5): Good central location - The host is very responsive and quickly responded to all the issues we had. The flat is in a central location and on the ground floor, which I loved. The TV has access to netflix which isn't a standard, and is great if you travel with kids. The flat is dark. The windows you can see in the pictures overlook the other building next door and as it's on the ground floor, it is dark. Don't let the images fool you. There is a tiny outside space good for drying clothes but nothing else as there are aircon machines, whatever they're called, are there and making it very loud and hot, so you won't be able to have a coffee or anything else there. We also had issues with the lights that kept flashing in the living room and the flies and ants. The ants seem to be living in the walls. The aircon in the living room isn't working but you have a dehumidifier instead, the aircon in both bedrooms was enough.

• Amanda (10/5): You couldn’t be disappointed!! - This apartment is fabulous. Exceptionally clean, spacious and comfortable. Two good size bedrooms with a separate kitchen that has everything you could need. The bathroom had a great shower and there was a comfy sofa and massive tv if you want to watch tv. The location is excellent. It is on a quiet street yet only a few minutes walk to Calle Larios and close to so many cafes restaurants and bars. Taxis were available about 200m away. Stay Homy were excellent at answering any questions we had before and during our stay. We can’t recommend this highly enough. n/a

• Pavlo (9/5): Nice and central, cozy indeed, minor issues only. - Really central but in a quiet street, ground floor, you don’t get pretty much any noise. Nicely renovated and indeed cozy comfy beds, you’re likely to have a nice time! When reading the negatives, mind it’s still in the upper tier standard and issues are rather minor for the price. Although newly renovated, the apartment does have an issue with humidity and resulting slight smell - but will only bother you if you’re sensitive, regularly opened windows and good air conditioning in every room practically diminishes the problem. There’s quite some water on the floor leaking from somewhere whenever you take the shower, but there’s a drain in the middle of the bathroom - though comically it’s not levelled correctly to drain the water. Having said that, the apartment is quite nice you can live with the minor issues.

The apartment is spotlessly clean and well-equipped with everything you need to feel at home. The location is unbeatable, just a few minutes' walk from the main tourist attractions of the city, but quiet enough to be able to relax at night. In addition, the host has been very friendly and helpful throughout my stay. I would definitely recommend this apartment to anyone visiting Malaga and hope to stay here again in the future. Thank you for making my stay in Malaga so memorable! Everything was great

Location to the old city excellent and nearby river was a good reference point to find one's way back to the apartment. Appreciated free taxi pickup at airport - very friendly driver.
