• Yuliia Hurzhyi (1/5): - Когда я резервировала апартаменты была очень приятная стоимость,но при оплате получилось + 50 евро У меня поменялись планы и я попросила отмену бронирования в течении полу часа после бронирования, мне так никто и не ответил. Такой ощущение что это "липовое" жилье.

• Angele (5/5): Très bien placé et l'Autriche est un beau pays - L'emplacement du logement est bien déservi par les transport en communs Nous avons pas été informé que la chaudière était casé ! on s'est retrouver pendant 8 jours sans eaux chaudes ! j'ai du utiliser les casseroles pour chauffer l'eau et se laver avec ! A savoir que le propriétaire le savais très bien !! Je demande une compensation pour ça !!

• BIAGIO GIANCOTTA (1/5): Appartamento da incubo - Nulla. L'appartamento era sporco, sporco, sporco ed è infestata dalle cimici. Appartamento non ha nemmeno i minimi requisiti dell'igiene. va assolutamente chiusa e non affittato a nessuno. Ho sottolineato all'ost di provvedere ad una energica disinfestazione e successivamente ad una altrettante energica pulizia. Non mi è piaciuto assolutamente nulla, peggio ancora l'atteggiamento dell'host. Ho dovuto lasciare l'appartamento senza soggiornarvi nemmeno una notte viste le condizioni di estrema carenza igienica e per questo ho dovuto provvedere a trovare un altro albergo. Ho contattato booking mi hanno proposto una cifra ridicola di indennizzo pari al 20% di quanto aveva speso. una vergogna
• zeid (6/5): لا يمكن السكن في هذا المكان مرة اخرى والمضيف لايستجيب بسرعة وعندما طلبنا منه ان يرسل الموقع رد علينا بان كل المعلومات في - لم يعجبني أبدا المبنى قديم الوصول صعب ولايمكن ان توقف السيارة بجانب المبنى لانعرف شارع عام بجانب إشارة مرور.المكان ستديو صغير وقديم الحمام منفصل عن منطقة الاستحمام ولا يوجد أقفال لأبواب الحمام.لايوجد مناديل للنظافة،وجود ازعاج من من الخارج لوقوع الوحدة

• Violeta (1/5): the worst accommodation ever! - The location is ok but the pictures do not reflect the reality. So many things, starting with the unpleasant smell from the entrance, the lack of cleaning, the shower where you can hold literally the heating machine, one broken bed, unclean toilet and ending with the cockroach infestation.
