- Edson (5/5): - Não tinha cobertores ou edredons nos dormitórios uma noite com temperatura extremamente baixa o apatamento sem condicionador de ar e sem cobertores...
- ANDRE (1/5): - Existem bichos que andam pelo forro do teto. Não tem ar condicionado e o apto é muito quente. Possui um vizinho que faz festas até altas horas.
- Minéia Taís (7/5): Tirando o contratempo da falta de água e o calor, pela falta do ar condicionado, o restante vale o custo x benefício do - O ambiente é bem básico mas tem o necessário para descansar. Falta de cx de água no local, chegamos e não tinha água, questionamos o proprietário que informou que devia ser problema da água vinda da rua e que não podia fazer nada porque o local não tem cx de água. Ainda disse que poderíamos cancelar a reserva e procurar outro local: detalhe era quase meia noite!!! Colocar ar condicionado em pelo menos um dos quartos e cobrar mais aumentaria a qualidade do local.
