• AndileM (10/5): - Value for money and safe location. Lots of convenience stuff available in the kitchen for breakfast and cleaning materials. Entry and exit process at the gate. Improvement in cleaning.
• Veronique (6/5): Good for overnight, but not for a longer stay - -Very clean -Bedding was fresh, clean, and smelled nice -Comfortable beds -Quite a few basic items for cooking including spices and sauces -Security staff at the gate were very kind and helpful -The host, Martha, was kind and ensured we were settled in -Extremely uncomfortable worn-out couch that is sagged in -No dustbin -No cloths or kitchen towels -Only 1 glass cup (several wine glasses though) in the apartment -The complex has a cockroach problem -Slow and unstable internet. Good enough for one person, but not for two or more -Check in was a problem as the host was not ready for us despite confirming with her we'd arrive just before 9pm. We arrived at 8:45, and she apologized and said she wasn't expecting us so soon and that she'd leave home now to meet us. Of course, this wasn't a problem. She provided a pin for us to enter the complex and asked us to park and wait in the parking. 25 minutes later I phoned again to ask where she was and she said she was almost here and that there was a problem on the N1. 5 minutes later we decided to unload our bags and find the apartment ourselves only to find someone already inside, so we kept quiet and waited in the corridor as we thought we might have the wrong apartment. After another 5 minute wait, the host came from inside the apartment. She apologized for the wait and said that she had to stop at Spar before they closed. When we entered the floors were freshly mopped and it was clear she'd just finished cleaning. We would not have minded waiting if she had been honest and told us the apartment wasn't ready, especially since we had been wanting to stop at a garage for fuel and snacks but didn't since we didn't want to keep the host waiting after 9pm.

The kids loved the pool area, Ooh! Not to forget the free WI-FI😃. Excellent Host, extremely welcoming, made sure we were safe and taken care of. I would definitely recommend it 👌👌.

It is essential for businesses to prioritize their customers and handle such situations with professionalism and care, something that was sorely lacking in this instance. Ausi Lebo may God continue to bless you and everything you tough will turn to Gold. The service is exceptional 👌 👏 can you believe it was raining when we got there but she didn't wait for us but she came to fetch us from the parking area. We arrived very late but she was there waiting. I dont even want to bore you with the challenges that were there and resolved without frustrating their guests. That's why we should continue to patronize people who know what to do if things don't go according to plan. You guys are going far. We will surely come back with family because there's breakfast!, for those who like pap, there's things to cook. Patronize them and see for yourself .I rate you 110/100 The house is clean and beautiful, more beautiful than the pictures you see on the internet. Patronize them and see for yourself. Peaceful inviroment and excellent service you'll get. It's a promise . I didn't even feel like I was away from home. Honestly speaking. You will love it and come and testify here
