• Douglas (8/5): Friendly host, convenient location and a great alternative to a hotel. - Good location, very responsive and friendly host, good value for money. Flat has good amenities and you feel safe in the property. Great hot water and pressure. This was an excellent choice to stay in London with a young family. Low quality towels. Needs a bit of TLC in some places. Small TV but this is a very minor gripe.
• Matthew (6/5): - Location for our trip was good Condition of property was not very good. Floor damaged from water leak and not repaired. Damp smell to apartment and damp patches to wall. Bathroom handle fell off
• Tracy (4/5): - The smell! The whole apartment had an awful smell. I think it was coming from the damaged hallway flooring. It also smelt of cigarette smoke. It was in a poor state of repair & was in a building that forbade short stay accomodation.

• 2495204 (6/5): - die Lage ist top, der Parkplatz ist top, das Apartment groß und geräumig, der Preis ist für Londoner Verhältnisse auch gut der fehlende Schlüssel zur Tiefgarage (es fühlt sich illegal an, die Garage selbst von innen öffnen zu müssen), das Apartment ist sehr in die Jahre gekommen (Möbel, Böden, Bäder), die Küchenausstattung ist sehr minimalistisch, es gab nicht einmal ein Geschirrtuch oder Wettex - 200 Euro und ein Ikeabesuch und die Aussattung wäre top, im Bad (vermutlich der Duschvorhang) richt es immer schimmelig, das Küchenfenster lässt sich nicht schliessen und ist immer offen, als wir abgereist sind war die Schlüsselbox verschwunden und wir mussten das Apartment offen zurück lassen, da das Schloss auch defekt war
