- Manuela (9/5): Ruhig und dennoch stadtnah. - Die Ferienwohnung lag in einem klassisch britischen Wohnviertel, in einem Mehrfamilienhaus. Es war ruhig und man hat die Nachbarn nicht gehört. Im Umkreis und innerhalb von 5min fußläufig zu erreichen waren 2 Bushaltestellen. Zum Bahnhof Kings Cross lief man nur max. 15.min. Ein Supermarkt war gleich um die Ecke und sehr gut ausgestattet, genauso ein englischer Pub. Die Küche verfügte über eine Grundausstattung für 4 Personen, es gab Tee, Kaffee, Geschirrspüler und eine Waschmaschine und im Bad Handtücher, Shampoo, Duschbad. Die Betten waren bequem und wir haben sehr gut darin geschlafen. Vor dem Haus türmte sich der Müll der Nachbarn, obwohl er am 2.Tag abgeholt wurde, war der Haufen am 5.Tag wieder so groß, wie am Anreisetag. Dafür können aber die Vermieter wenig.

Immeuble, cela sent mauvais et c’est très encombré. Les communs sont moyennement propres et des odeurs se font sentir.

All the information and instructions are provided efficient and in time. Although the apartment is clean, comfortable and very functional, the common spaces in the building aren’t clean, nor well taken care of. Also, the garbage containers get too full, too smelly too close to the windows.
- Ekaterina (9/5): Spacey 2-bedroom apt 15 mins walk St.Pancras Int. - The apartment has met our expectations: clean & spacey, convenient location (15 mins walk from St Pancras International), calm residence, dishwasher, washing machine, balcony, helpful staff, easy check-in and check-out. Lots of small things which make your stay more comfortable (e.g. cleaning products, tablets for dishwasher & washing machine, UK electric adapter, tea-coffee, etc.)
Good value for money. Nothing in particular. All was good. Decaffeinated coffee would make it even better :)
- Sim (10/5): Excellent stay - Excellent service from the property owner. I have an immediate reply to my queries. Owner was very kind to accommodate to our early arrival and allowed early check in. The apartment location is about 15 mins walk from King's Cross Station, Good location and best of all is the Eurostar station is also at Kings Cross. Just 15 min walk to take the train to Paris.
The apartment is comfortable and clean with all amenities provided. There is also a coffee machine with pods given and tea bags. Highly recommended to stay here. Recommend to have a small trash bin in the bedrooms.

Easy pick up and drop off of keys at a nearby convenience store and very good and timely communication in advance and during our stay.
Property itself is a great space for a family of 3/4. Comfortable beds and nice living room with dining table. Minor quibble about the cooker occasionally causing the trip switch to go but was reported and responded to positively.

- Toon (9/5): Highly functional appartment at a great location - The location was great, in a quiet neighbourhood close to St Pancras international station and the tube to everywhere (10 min from the city centre). Near a fancy refurbished post-industrial office zone with attached fashionable bars and restaurants, but also near local high quality Turkish restaurant and supermarket. The appartment is very well designed with nice rooms, windows at 3 sides and a small balcony. The equipment is functional and complete. Plenty coffee and tea. The host was always available by phone. The air ventilator makes a zooming noise, also during the night. There were only 4 coffee cups and no tea cups.

- Lesley (9/5): Good location and value - The apartment was just as the photos show. It was clean, warm, comfortable and well equipped. There were several basic items in the kitchen and fridge including coffee pods, tea, milk and sugar.
The host thoughtfully enquired if there was anything they could help with and quickly responded to our questions.
The location is good, very convenient for the King's Cross-St Pancras-Euston cluster of stations, which is about a 10 minute walk away.
There is a large Waitrose grocery store about seven minute walk, in the direction of the rail stations. We had to collect and return the key from a mini-mart about a five minute walk from the apartment. Normally I'd not gripe about this, but with our bags it felt like it was much further. If I was to do it again, I'd leave the rest of our group with the luggage at a cafe near platform 9 and 10 in King's Cross Station, collect the keys, return to the station and then on to the apartment.
