- CHRISTOPHER (6/5): A great deal but wouldn’t stay again. The bug issues needs addressing. - Windsor Hills is a great location which I would highly recommend. The property was close to the communal pool and clubhouse which was great. The beds were comfy and the disney decor the kids loved. It was also a fantastic price. The biggest issue is the bugs. They are tinier than a common ant, but there are all over the sofa and kitchen area. Nothing to do with leaving doors open as suggested in previous comments. This needs to be addressed. I have videos of all the impacted areas if you wish me to share them. The house pool area isnt very inviting and needs a deep clean and repaint. The back door is not very secure and meant we were visited by a frog one day which obviously got under it. We also had to catch a small cockroach at one point.

- Tianna (7/5): It was a nice trip but some problems with some things that we wanted you aware of for future clients. - The community pool and the staff There were little tiny bugs and we couldn’t have things out of zip lock bags. The dryer was not drying clothes at all.
