• Victor (9/5): Great location, lots of character. - For me the location could not be better, a few metres from Campo Dei Fiori, where I would usually spend a lot of time. A nice, clean and spacious room in an older building with a lot of charm and character. The staff were very helpful and friendly. A major plus is the fact that the restaurant (excellent) next door gives 20% discount to guests of the hotel which sort of makes amends for the 'what didn't you like?' below. The coffee/tea making facilty in a small kitchen area upstairs was badly insufficient. Only instant coffee available and no milk or creamer.

• Tiba (7/5): Besides the air conditioner issues I would stay in this place again - This place is very charming . The whole building and piazza below are beautiful. The rooms are comfortable and the staff is great. Breakfast is generous and very convenient to star your days in Rome. The piazza below is very alive so at night is very noisy and there is people around until very late so sleeping with the windows open is not an option but the hotel don’t allow you to turn the air conditioning on during the spring so, the place is not so good to have a good night sleep. The rooms are spacious but lack places to put your luggage and clothing.

• Jackson (4/5): No hot water or working AC, really only good for a 1-2 night stay - Location was excellent, windows were decent at blocking noise. Drinking water everywhere. NO HOT WATER, NO AC (wouldn’t lower room below “76”), courtyard too loud to open windows at night so very hot. Room was incredibly small, barely enough space to open 1 suitcase and be able to shuffle around bed.

• Rintaro (10/5): Ottimo! - とても素晴らしい滞在でした。 ホテルの家具や色味がとてもおしゃれで、到着した瞬間から気分が上がりました。 スタッフの方々もとても親切で、私たちが英語やイタリア語をあまり話せなくても、丁寧に対応してくださりとても嬉しかったです。 朝食もとても充実しており、クロワッサンなどのパンに加えて、果物や野菜、シリアルなどが用意されていました。さらに、希望するとスクランブルエッグやカプチーノも提供していただき、どれもとても美味しかったです。 周辺にはレストランが多く、夜遅くまで賑わっていてローマらしい雰囲気を存分に楽しめる立地です。トラステヴェレも近く、食事には全く困りませんでした。 とにかく最高のホテルで、またローマを訪れる際にはぜひ宿泊したいと思います。 シャワーの水の温度が安定しませんでした。
• Martina (10/5): Soggiorno rilassante e in pieno centro - La struttura si trova di fronte a Campo dei Fiori in una tipica piazzetta del centro di Roma. La camera era pulitissima, fornita di asciugamani, asciuga capelli e sapone per il corpo. Un palazzo d’epoca che ha mantenuto la sua identità. L’acqua della doccia cambiava temperatura da calda a fredda e tornava calda in pochi secondi ma essendo primavera non è stato un problema

Their restaurant on the piazza below served food as good as any - very handy when tired and jet lagged. The overhead shower sprayed water all over the bathroom so could only use a hand held nozzle.

• Voyteq (9/5): Rzymskie wakacje w Casa De' Fiori :) - Z punktu widzenia zwiedzania Rzymu lokalizacja jest perfekcyjna - główne atrakcje (może poza Watykanem) są w zasięgu 20-minutowego spaceru, a przystanek autobusów jest ok 300 metrów od hotelu. W bezpośredniej okolicy wiele dobrych restauracji (ale w Rzymie to nie dziwne, bo gdzie nie będziesz to na pewno w odległości kilku kroków nakarmią cię rewelacyjnie), w tym jedna oferująca 20% zniżki dla gości hotelu. W tym samym budynku (za rogiem) jest też Carrefour , więc można sobie coś w razie potrzeby szybko kupić. Śniadania są w porządku - nie licz na obfity szwedzki bufet , ale jest podstawowy wybór czego potrzeba, a całości dopina miły i pomocny personel, który na życzenie przygotuje coś z karty. Standardowy pokój dwuosobowy jaki mieliśmy nie jest może zbyt duży, ale w zupełności wystarczający na odpoczynek. Szczerze polecam Casa De' Fiori na kilkudniowy pobyt w Rzymie Jedyne dwie rzeczy , które które były dokuczliwe wynikają z charakteru budynku i lokalizacji. O obu wiedzieliśmy wcześniej z udostępnionych informacji i opinii, więc nie oceniam ich zdecydowanie negatywnie a tylko komentuję że po prostu takie są. Pierwsza to poranny hałas z rozstawianych na pobliskim rynku straganów - ruch zaczyna się przed 6 więc nocne marki nie pośpią. Druga to brak windy - dla zdrowych osób nie stanowi to problemu (wejście na maksymalnie na 3 piętro) , ale dla tych z ograniczoną mobilnością wejście (szczególnie z bagażami) może być wyzwaniem.

Personal amabilísimo y la zona perfecta para ir a todos lados caminando y muy cerca de autobuses. Y por las mañanas en la plaza de al lado un mercadillo de fruta verduras queso y productos típicos Nada.
• Maria Jesus (10/5): Totalmente recomendable. - La ubicación es magnífica. El trato recibido por parte de todo el personal fantástico. El desayuno estupendo, muy buena calidad y variedad. Que hayan buscado productores de cercanía que respeten el producto es un plus, sin ninguna duda. Las instalaciones están fenomenal, las zonas comunes, el baño, la habitación, todo decorado con gusto y atención a los pequeños detalles. El armario era un poco incómodo, quizás por el tamaño de la habitación, pero es cuestión de adaptarse. Estás en el centro y el espacio es el que es.

Apart from the beautiful and comfortable room and the lovely setting, I adored the sitting room, with fresh flowers and tea. Thank you so much! The weekend nights I had to put in earplugs, noise on the street until late. Be aware of that. But then again, the beautiful view on the campo dei fiori is worth it.

Pas ascenseur : un peu durde porter les valises au troisième etage ….mzis dans 1 edifice ancien c est difficile d avoir 1 ascenceur.

• Haley (10/5): - We LOVED the location. Day one we just walked and fell into so many beautiful sights and exciting streets. The place itself is in its own little corner with a couple of restaurants. Just a five minute walk to a few piazzas, shops and even the Pantheon! Rooms were a bit tight, but still worth it!

• Eric (9/5): Heerlijk hotel op prima locatie. - Een absolute topper. Geweldige locatie en super vriendelijk personeel. Zeker een aanrader voor een (lang) weekeinde in deze prachtige stad. Het is een ouder gebouw en derhalve is er géén lift. Dus wel even slepen met je koffertje naar in ons geval 3 hoog. Maar eigenlijk best te doen.

• Alyx (8/5): Wonderful experience would absolutely recommend and would love to come again! - This hotel is in the perfect location for seeing the whole city but having the perfect central base to pop back to for a freshen up in the evening. It’s next to a bustling square with restaurants and bars but when sleeping with windows closed you aren’t able to hear any of this. It’s a beautiful old building, check in was super easy and efficient when we arrived after staff had gone home, we received text message instructions which were easy to follow. Check out was also super easy and the staff were kind enough to let us leave our cases with them on the last day so that we could continue to explore without lugging them around! Overall a wonderful stay! Thank you 😊 The only difficulty we had was getting the air con to work effectively but this was not a huge issue and the bed was slightly hard for our liking.

They answered all our questions via email in a timely manner. The location was great. It was in a touristy area but it was in a little square so you did not hear too much noise. Great restaurants, a food store and amazing bake shop so close. The bed could have been less firm. The shower barely fit my body (we are not big people) and the bathroom was very small as was the room. There was barely space to put our bags. Windy staircase can be a challenge to anyone with any heavy suitcases or mobility issues. There is no elevator.

• Beatriz (9/5): Encanto, ubicación y muy auténtico Romano - Ubicación. Cerca de las principales atracciones y barrios. Super bien comunicado. Mucho encanto. A pesar de estar en el centro se duerme muy tranquilo. Todo tipo servicios al lado. Cafetería, restaurante y bar de copas súper bueno y un servicio encantador justo debajo del hotel. Para desayunar y tomar un café excelente. Barrio muy animado pero a la vez tranquilo. Tal cual las reseñas y fotografías.

The place perfectly captured the spirit of the city, set in a beautiful historic building with an amazing staircase, charming shutters, and a wooden ceiling that made the room feel magical. The location was even better than expected, right by Campo de’ Fiori — opening the shutters in the morning to that view was unforgettable. The room was spacious and comfortable, and the staff were incredibly kind and helpful. I also really appreciated the cozy spot for coffee and tea. A truly special stay that made me feel the history and soul of Rome. There are beautiful restaurants right under the hotel, so if you’re not out enjoying dinner until midnight, you might hear a bit of lively street noise — which actually adds to the charm. I stayed four nights, and only Saturday was a bit louder.

• Susanna (8/5): Prima uitvalsbasis voor een bezoek aan Rome in een authentiek pand op een gezellig pleintje - De supercentrale ligging op een leuk pleintje. Veel bezienswaardigheden liggen op loopafstand. De bus stopt vlakbij. Het is een klein hotel in een authentiek pand met ruime kamers. De gemeenschappelijke ruimtes zijn gezellig ingericht. Het personeel is aardig. Je krijgt korting in het restaurant dat onder het hotel ligt. De menukaart is uitgebreid, we hebben er lekker Italiaans gegeten. De kamer was wat donker en de verlichting niet gezellig. Als het heel druk is bij het ontbijt is wat klaar staat snel op.
