J.Prato (5/5): - Der Vermieter ist eine freundliche, nette Person. Das Gebäude ist nicht weit vom Ortskern entfernt. Es war sehr, sehr schmutzig! Wir haben selber geputzt, bevor wir ausgepackt haben. Man zahlt eine Gebühr für die Reinigung und dann geht man davon aus, dass man auch eine geputzt Wohnung vorfindet. Und ich spreche nicht von Spinnenweben.. In Bad und Toilette waren Haare der Vormieter, der Kühlschrank war versteckt, die Arbeitsplatten schmutzig. Leider hat der Vermieter uns zunächst nur 50 Euro als Erstattung angeboten. Was nach einer kleinen Diskussionen auf 90 Euro erhöht wurde. Aber meiner Meinung nach noch zu wenig war.
Cindy (8/5): Sehr erholsam und komfortabel eine tolle Auszeit vom Alltag. - Es war einfach alles da was man braucht, Parkplatz vor der Tür und super leise. Der Vermieter ist sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Alles war prima.
