• SHUYIN (10/5): I really enjoyed my stay. Thanks a lot! - It's easy to reach by taking the 747 from the airport. There is a metro station nearby, also a supermarket a few minutes' walk away. I could find everything I need, even rice cooker and chopsticks. Everything was great.

• James (10/5): Montreal Xmas market escape - Excellent location, good proximity to restaurants and the Xmas market. Building was very secure, parking close by for C15/day. Room itself was very efficiently laid out, laundry and full service appliances were top of class. Elevator worked great for luggage and bed was very comfortable. Would recommend to our friends and would stay there again without question. C'est fantastique!

The studio had everything you could possibly need during your stay and was very clean and comfortable. The listings is slightly misleading in that the main bed is actuallly a retractable sofa bed.

We were very close to great bars and restaurants, and convenient to walk or take buses. Everything was great, thank you.

There was nothing we could think about that wasn’t available, and while the place was not immensely big, it had enough space for two people for a short stay. I have no idea, it was close to perfection

I had plenty of information for self-checkin and the apartment was clean, well-equipted and offered nice little extras that made me feel like I was well cared for. The apartment was a small studio that was perfect for my partner and myself. Good location - 10 minute walk to the free walking tour (also recommend). The apartment building elevators did not work the last 2 days, but that was out of James' control. Otherwise, it was great.

Very helpful staff, basic amenities in the apartment complex (the gym is just cardio machines and only one lift works). Clean, apartment equipped with lots of extras that help with stay (eg. The place was clean, in the kitchen all the necessary utensils for cooking and cleaning were available, as well as a few basics like salt, coffee, sugar... I would highly recommend it. After 10PM Walking around the neighborhood and side alleys didn't feel as safe as I was expecting for this part of the town. Nothing happened, but I was always on high alert, which took away from the nice experience of visiting Montreal.

The host was quick to respond to my questions. The bed was super comfortable, and the place was beautifully decorated. I will certainly rent here again and I will recommend it to my family and friends.
• Xylina (9/5): Modern and comfortable studio - Well located in the University area and a couple of minutes to Downtown, Old Port and Mount Royal. We were out a lot so didn’t used much of the facilities but there’s practically everything available for usage to cook in the kitchen. James, our host is quick in his response. New and modern looking. The aircon is centrally managed so couldn’t adjust the temperature. The main bed queen bed is a sofa mattress and probably better to get a proper bed as a suggestion though the current mattress is rather comfy 😊
