• Niko (10/5): Fully renowated apartment with modern equipments in the good local vibes giving location - Fully renowated apartment with modern technique in kitchen and bathroom. Location is peaceful, ”local-life”, in the middle of many interesting locations. Lovely view in the morning and evening. Recommended if you dont want to eat out every night and love wandering around the city. -
• Christopher (7/5): Awesome! - Clean, nice balcony, loved the coffee machine! The apartment next door was getting renovated during our stay and work was ongoing up until 11pm which was irritating. The apartment is also right next to a basketball court which can get noisy with children.

• Jan Vlek (10/5): Hoog en droog - De inrichting was nieuw - prima de luxe - en er waren zelfs koffiecups en theezakjes. Goed bed en een balkon met zitje buiten. Eigenlijk niets, al is er weinig te doen in de wijk zelf.

• THOMAS (9/5): Good value in a place not known for good value - Unit is clean and functional with a good kitchen for cooking meals if you choose to. Dubrovnik has gone loopy on costs, so this was good value. Host was very much on point with communication about checking in

• Roberto (8/5): Una notte a Dubrovnik - Appartamento molto piccolo situato a 20 minuti a piedi dalla città vecchia e a 5 minuti dal mare. Dotato di ogni confort nonostante le esigue dimensioni. Host molto cordiale e disponibile. Ottimo se si vuole trascorrere una sola notte a Dubrovnik. Abbiamo avuto un piccolo disguido ma il proprietario l'ha risolto prontamente. Puzza di muffa nell'appartamento, posti auto non assegnati e parcheggio senza regole.

The place is beautifully arranged, very comfortable, and full of thoughtful details that make you feel immediately at home. The host was incredibly kind, attentive, and always available. I highly recommend this apartment to anyone looking for a perfect combination of comfort, care, and warm hospitality.

• Hermien (7/5): A little bit disappointed for the price paid..sorry.. - Location was great Squeaky bed... Bathroom has a few cleaning issues (black spots and not super clean) 2 coffee pods is a bit stingy. Advertised as a one bedroom apartment but it is a studio as bed is in the lounge (I didn't look properly when booked it obviously but should not be advertised as that in our opinion)..

We only needed a base to stay and it was nice and quiet, away from the hustle and bustle but still close enough to see the whole area. Our host was excellent. Very friendly and professional and checking in with us to make sure everything was ok. I would 💯 recommend this accommodation.
• Mark (10/5): Wonderful short stay in Dubrovnik - The place was very clean and pretty quiet at night with a very comfortable bed. Even though the place is small, there is all you need for a few nights. The hosts were extremely helpful and kind. I definitely recommend staying here especially as it's very easy to get around.

It was a little difficult to find the location for me, I think it should be better to put some more visible sign or any information.

When we entered the room at the doorstep there were hair all over. It was only near the door Also the balcony could be a little more clean.

The location was not great, but good enough. You have to consider transportation to move around or to get close to the center. The access through the back was not optimal, but it worked.

The staff did an excellent job in ensuring the room was spotless and welcoming. Everything we needed was thoughtfully provided for, making our stay incredibly comfortable. The air conditioner worked smoothly, keeping us cool during the warm days. The cooking equipment was in pristine condition, which made preparing meals a breeze. Not to mention, the complimentary beers and water in the fridge were a pleasant surprise and a thoughtful gesture from the hotel. The bathroom was well-equipped with all the essentials one could need for personal care, and like the rest of the room, it was impeccably clean. It's evident that the hotel staff takes great pride in maintaining a high standard of cleanliness throughout the premises. I would wholeheartedly recommend.

A very comfortable stay in an exce - Great location, very close to the beach, perfect size for a solo traveller, very well stocked with resources! Very little to complain about - no coffee pods for machine and no full length mirror.

The owner is really nice too. Maybe that there were loud children outside in the evening, but we didn’t really mind that. It was all exceptional otherwise.

From the decoration, the small details it offered, how clean it was, the confortable walking distance it was from the Old Town of Dubrovnik, but specially the really attentive service that Monika provided us.
