- Nhung (7/5): Lovely home but difficult parking for larger cars - Lovely home, nicely decorated. Very comfortable stay. Comfortable beds. I just wish there was more transparency regarding the parking situation in the booking as we specifically booked a place that provided parking. Unless you have a very small car it would be very difficult to park in the designated parking spot due to the extremely narrow driveway. This was only mentioned to us closer to booking. There is no permit for street parking either and the owner pretty much said there wasn't much they could do. Just a warning to other families who might be staying and travelling in bigger SUVs. Also the room is on the top floor of the apartment and only accessible by stairs, just something to keep in mind if you have mobility issues or are unable to do stairs. The home does need some maintenance regarding the paint and large cracks in the walls. Otherwise it was a pleasant stay.
- Jeff (1/5): Disappointed in the experience - Entry foyer had a horrible stench. Parking is for tiny cars!
- Jessica (9/5): Great Stay - It was cozy & well looked after. The narrow driveway to park. Not suitable for big cars.
- Ethel (8/5): Quaint apartment in historic looking building, quiet part of St Kilda - location was nice, quiet part of St Kilda. By car it was near to cafes and the beach. If you don't have a car it would be difficult to get around. rooms were spacious and nicely decorated. things that naturally come with an old house - but i suppose can't be helped with an older property like this. floorboards were very creaky and when the wind would whip in the middle of the night, the wooden windows would knock against the frames loudly, making it hard to sleep. also the kitchen did NOT have paper towels or tissue boxes! This was frustrating and could have been provided by the property manager. Please look into stocking paper towels and tissues for your guests.

- Kim (3/5): Pleasant, convenient and comfortable. - Well accommodated and everything was good. Not enough blankets.
- Timothy (6/5): Promising but disappointing - Great location and lovely art deco feel to the apartment. Overly prescriptive and laborious check in and out process - almost condescending with the directions given.
Top floor apartment means carrying luggage up a number of staircases plus back staircase to carpark super slippery when wet.
Apartment in need of a lick of paint in places and cleaning of vents in the bathroom.
Car park driveway super narrow and difficult to park after dark (once all residents were back from work)
- James (8/5): - Nice apartment, very good service from Abby when we had an issue Kitchen facilities mixed, nice oven but zero baking trays, also a frying pan that was useless
- Karen (8/5): Was a great spot and quiet location. - Location was great for us. The narrow entrance to carpark. Maybe a shampoo and conditioner pump station would be recommended. Also a soap holder in shower.
- Matteo (10/5): -
- Rebecca (9/5): Excellent apartment, good communication with host - Great space, good bedrooms & cosy feel. Also had washer drier which was very handy.

- David (10/5): - Everything
- Ilan (10/5): We had a relaxing and enjoyable stay in a beautiful, well-located apartment with great support from our host. - We had a wonderful stay at this charming Edwardian-style apartment in St Kilda. The location was fantastic — close to everything, yet tucked away in a peaceful and quiet neighborhood that allowed us to truly relax. The apartment itself was cozy, comfortable, and felt like a home away from home, with thoughtful touches that made our stay easy and enjoyable.
Abby was an outstanding host — always available, incredibly responsive, and quick to offer solutions to anything we needed. Her support made all the difference and added a personal, caring touch to our experience.
Highly recommended for anyone looking for a convenient, stylish, and serene place to stay in Melbourne! The location was excellent — very central and within easy walking distance to the beach, Acland Street, cafes, shops, and public transport. We loved the quiet neighborhood, the charm of the Edwardian-style building, and the overall comfort of the apartment. It was a great mix of convenience and character.
- Alexandra (6/5): Pleasant -
- Amanda (8/5): Very good -
- David (10/5): Exceptional -
- Janie (8/5): Very good - Spacious, comfortable, good location Chimney in bedroom smelled of soot. Entrance lobby and stairwell smelled bad, poor first impression, sadly.
- Lee (7/5): Good -

- Narelle (10/5): We had a fantastic stay! Comfortable, stylish, well equipped property in a great location! Loved it! - Everything! Stylish, comfortable, private, easy booking and check in/out, fantastic location, great facilities within the property Nothing. We loved everything!
- Lynn (8/5): Stay was good. - Property in a good location. The apartment was as we expected. Didn't like all the stairs, and didn't like the fact you had to use a wooden spoon to be able to exit the building.
- Gary (9/5): Very well presented apartment with very good facilities. Nice and cool during the summer heat. - Spacious and quiet with very comfortable beds, great shower, great location for public transport, safe and secure area. The stairs may be a problem for some people.
- Julieta (10/5): Exceptional - Perfect stay. Great location, quiet and very clean apartment. Nothing to complain about. Great service and communication.
- Kelly (10/5): Exceptional -
- Belinda (10/5): Great location and a lovely apartment by with everything we needed. - Great location and a lovely apartment by with everything we needed.
- Robert (8/5): Very good -
- Hobbs (8/5): An lovely flat for discovering Melbourne. - The flat was lovely. Very clean and comfortable. The stairway was a bit shabby, any we found used needles on the doorstep in the morning
- Rosemary (9/5): Great location. Close to everything including trams for Melbourne City - Location was great. Easy walk to beach, tram, restaurants, shops, bars. Tram to Melbourne city was a breeze We did not notice a reference to the 3 flights of stairs to the apartment. This should be clearly noted. It didn't bother us but could have been an issue for less able people.
- Mo (10/5): Would stay there again. - The location was ideal and very central to shops, restaurants and tram. Excellent kitchen facilities with coffee machine and washing machine. The rooms were large and airy and loved front balcony. Top floor apartment so had to navigate stairs with suitcases. Annoying neighbour playing basketball until late in the evening.
- Rose (10/5): Relaxed, stress free, easy walk to everything - All the instructions were easy to follow and everything worked as should Not that we didn't like it but we all felt, ceiling fans in the bedrooms would have been perfect.
- Carla (7/5): A pleasant stay - Good location and lovely apartment . My friends and I stayed on a particularly hot weekend and the small air-conditioner in the lounge wasn’t really enough to keep us cool. Guest should be aware of the stair climb to the top floor and the extremely narrow driveway. I had to put my mirrors in so as not just scrape on the house. Could be a bit more generous with teabags, body wash etc
- Rachael (9/5): Superb -
- Joyce (8/5): Very good -
- Katie (10/5): Exceptional - Great little apartment, very quiet and comfortable. Close to main tram lines, Acland Street shops and food. Would stay again.
- Teresa (10/5): St Kilda style - Big comfortable and great location 👌 The steps
- Christina (9/5): Superb -
- Andrew (8/5): It was a easy and enjoy stay. - Location great! have to carry luggage to third floor.
- Lorna (8/5): It was a good apartment to stay in as we were wanting somewhere handy and quiet. - The location was excellent, close to trams, coffee shops and restaurants and the beach. The unit was a lovely size and in a quiet area. You have to take your luggage up 3 flights of stairs which was a bit annoying. Would of liked a sandwich press as part of the kitchen appliances. It was windy while we were there and the windows rattled a lot. The little balcony was dirty.
- Carly (10/5): A very homely light bright and comfortable Art Deco apartment. - Beautifully furnished, light and bright, homely and clean. Absolutely love Art Deco and this apartment was stunning. A little tricky to open the security door from the inside. We used the back door and gate to enter/exit.
- Heather (9/5): Will hope to get back to stay again - Location was great and handy, nearby to all the scenic attractions. Alot of food and drink places where walking distance If you have trouble with stairs not for you
- Melinda (10/5): Excellent apartment in a quiet central location, the hosts were terrific communicators and we will definitely stay again - Great location, very quiet, my teenagers could walk everywhere and catch public transport. The apartment itself is well set up, large rooms, and quiet, we loved it. Nothing, it was perfect for a short Melbourne stay.
- Rochelle (10/5): Lovely apartment, would stay again - Great location in a quiet street. Lovely and clean, large bedrooms and living space
- Christie (10/5): Fabulous stay in wonderful accommodation. - Great vibe, lovely feel to the place, clean & cared for. Comfortable beds, close to St Kilda, lovely neighbourhood.
- Stephan (6/5): Good beds in nice location - Good location and comfortable beds. Very nice playground nearby. Apartment was very loud. Isolation / windows not good.
A lot of burocracy for this apartment. We had to sign extra contract, we had to upload passport etc.
We also had to pay 50 $ extra for checking in 1 hour earlier.
- Michael (10/5): Exceptional -
- Emma (10/5): We had 2 nights with a family of four and found the proximity to great food and conveniences brilliant. For such a busy - The style design location and all over amenity of the property were excellent. Nothing. It was perfect.
- Amy (10/5): A very pleasant and comfortable stay in a great location - The property was very comfortable and clean and we had everything we needed. It was close (walking distance) to shops, restaurants and St Kilda beach. Hosts were very responsive and gave very good, timely and detailed instructions. We would love to stay here again.
- Juanita (10/5): A great place to stay out of the hustle and bustle of the Melbourne CBD, but still plenty to do and with close access to - It felt like a home. Linen and decor were beautiful. Washing machine with dryer was a bonus.
- Avril (10/5): beautiful would stay again - How close it was to trams and shops. It was cosy and comfortable to chill for a few days after travel it was chilly but easy fixed with the heater in the sitting room
- Eugene (10/5): Exceptional -

- Anonymous (9/5): Very good venue and great location. Very close to some great restaurants and shops - The property was in a great location and very clean and comfortable. Very handy to restaurants and ships which we both enjoyed. The stairs but we knew it was in the 2nd floor so we didn’t have a problem walking up the stairs
- Wendy (7/5): Our stay was enjoyable but arrival was stressful. - location great. Collecting of key was so disorganised. Trying to get information by text and email was a mission. After I spoke with Levi and was told a couple of emails were sent THEY DID NOT ARRIVE. We got them the next day at 9.08 in the morning.
Waiting until 3pm before we could enter the apartment was a huge problem. We had a funeral on the other side of town and had to change into our clothes in the car parking lot at the venue. If you had to leave at 10.00 which we understand is the normal time for cleaning time, but not being able to enter on arrival until 3pm was not on. Also Levi instructions were not clear, and it was evident that he had not seen the apartment and was just reading the instructions. Once we got into the apartment we were very happy with everything else but our arrival spoilt our visit as we were trying to find the key in the pitch dark and with limited instructions.
- Zana (10/5): Great location - Close to everything!
- Susanne (10/5): Lovely property great flat - really clean and everything was well presented. Plenty of linen and nice touches like laun - It was immaculate very clean and beautifully presented The stairs could pose a problem of you have mobility issues
