Guest Reviews
- Mohamed (5/5): I would not and I refused to book again. Slow internet, poor communication/instructions from host - nice location, quiet and close to transportation Internet sucks, reminds me of the dialup era, even worse at times. Host need to do a better job communicating and giving check-in instructions well in advance. On the day of check-in, I arrived at the location without any check-in instructions prior to my arrival. I had to figure out how to get in touch with him/her since the host was not responsive on the booking.com app. Luckily, I was successful to find him/her on WhatsApp, otherwise I would have spent the whole day waiting for check-in instructions; who knows! I sent multiple texts and made multiple phone calls to the host, with regards to Check-in instructions, and I only got an answer over an hour later. When I got finally the instructions, they were not well explicit, the door lock had some type of fob like system that I wasn't aware of, nor knew about; there was no mention on how to use it. I had to figure it out. I work in the Healthcare system; I have to give clear instructions to my clients/patients. As a professional, you should NEVER leave any ROOM FOR FIGURING OUT OR GUESSING. Also, the TV was useless, no service whatsoever, when I asked the host about it through WhatsApp, took him/her a while to answer and to inform me that I have to use my OWN Netflix credentials to watch TV. Now, that's ridiculous!
- Aboulnaser (10/5): Exceptional -
- Alexandros (5/5): Passable -
- Majid (3/5): The bed was really uncomfortable, and I heard homeless people shouting all night. The room was filthy, with hair everywh -
- Ali (8/5): Very good -
- Marija (5/5): Passable -
- Carl (7/5): Great accommodation but location lets it down. - The room was exceptionally clean and lovely to have a balcony. The common area has everything required including a washer and dryer. The neighbourhood is not the best.
- Rick (8/5): Very good - The room was beautiful and cosy Nothing to do with the host, some people in the apartment were too loud and disruptive at times, especially in the early hours.
- Tk (8/5): Very good -
- Escapementality (10/5): Lovely modern guest house - A lovely share house in a nice part of Kypseli. We stayed for a month and had it all to ourselves! Host was friendly, helpful, but unobtrusive.
- Zamzam (10/5): Exceptional -
- Yonatan (10/5): Definitely worth the value of the stay and a spacious size room and balcony and well designed. - The room is big with comfortable king size bed, as well I had a big balcony and a private shower and toilet.
The property has a shared living room with a fully equipped kitchen, laundry machine, dryer and fridge which is very nice.
The property location is nearby a main street 28is Oktovriou with public transportation and many shops and businesses, with in a walking distance of less than 10 minutes from the beautiful Pl. Agiou Georgiou square and the lovely Fokionos Negri boulevard that both of them are full with fine restaurants and caffe.
As well the hotel is with in a 5 minutes walk from Pizza Man pizzeria (the best pizza in town😉) The wifi signal could be stronger in the room. In the shared living room the wifi signal is working well but in my room i had to get near the door in order to have a working wifi.
