Great location. Kitchen utensils need a bit of upgrade but we were able to make it work.

- Kajsa (10/5): Great location, clean, and responsive host - This stay was excellent. All of the pictures acurately showed what it looked liked, it was located exactly where it was shown on the map (which is important given that there are no formal addresses), it was walkable to the grocery store, a great cafe, a great lunch spot, and several very nice beaches. It was also great being right off of the main road. All in all I don't have much that could be improved with this location. Mainly because you get what you pay for, there isn't a pool and it isn't super fancy but that's not what we were expecting and is a perfectly fine place to stay while in the Bahamas.

- Carla (7/5): Overall our stay in the unit was nice and have recommended the property. - The cleanliness of the apartment, its central location between east and west Exuma. The general appearance of the property outside was not as welcoming as compared to the unit. The ground floor space was being used as a storage area as the properties us still under construction with lumber, tools etc. visible when accessing the stairs to the unit.
Additional outdoor lighting should be installed as the property is quite dark at night and this will be added value and security for guests returning to the property late at night.
Landscaping the property is required as the driveway into the property is incomplete.
Beach access needs to be clearly marked as it is across the street from the property and it is deceptive to advertise a property that shows direct access to the beach when one must cross the street and use a pathway to gain access to a beautiful strip of beach. However, the pathway to the beach should be cleared and the area made more sightly and secure.
A proper shower space should be provided for guests returning from the beach to replace the faucet at the front side of the building. The spot is visible from the street and should not be the norm.
A proper outdoor garbage disposal area should be provided as the current disposal area is unsightly and unsanitary and the area should be cleaned on a daily basis.
An alternative to the plastic coverings on the beds should be found as the coverings are noisy and uncomfortable and make the bed quite warm.
