- Helve (8/5): It was fantastic overall and we’d definitely consider rebooking but car parking is a borderline deal breaker for us. - Tastefully appointed.Exceptionally well-equipped kitchen. Fabulous location.Air- conditioning fault in living area was very quickly and efficiently dealt with. Parking was extremely difficult for 4 cars at once. We had to juggle coming and going with the neighbours! There could be more attention to detail by the cleaners. Ensuite bathroom on ground floor dirty behind the door. Settees not vacuumed under the cushions ( we dropped a small toy and had to remove a cushion to find it…it was filthy!)Floors not vacuumed properly. Only one tissue left in the box. Exhaust fan in laundry/ bathroom not working. Extensive water leak in dining area from upstairs was a slip hazard and used multiple towels. The leak was not just a result of rain as it was present every day of our stay. Sharp ,broken edging on the southern end of the pool is nasty.Petty things but at this rate I expect better.
