Worst ever "Disappointing experience. - Poor cleanliness with hair and dust on the floor, stains mark on white comforter, toilet floor slippery. - Host unresponsive when I needed parking help, resulting in my vehicle getting clamped. - Facilities didn't match photos. - Not customer-friendly. Would not recommend."
• Nurul (1/5): nothing - your clean toilet & the shower bath that provided .. It wasn’t tidy when I checked in , the curtains were messy, and the bed frame felt like it was about to break. We had to lower the mattress to the floor to avoid making the bed worse and only have 2 spoon and the host not inform early that only have 1 parking provided (the rest have to park with our own risk & never suggested us where can we park at another) .. but before i checked out, Before leaving, I cleaned up everything and returned it to the same condition as when I checked in. Thankyou and sorry that i will never repeat to stay at this place..
• Muhamad Fitri (5/5): 50 50 but not recommended to other stay here unless you have a small family - Have enough bed for my family First, the parking. Very not recommended if you come with a big family, very hard to find public parking. Second, the assist from the owner, quite late in case you need quick responds from the owner. Third, the TV is no well functioned except Youtube.

• Sher Ning (1/5): Unpleasant stay and will not recommend to anyone else - The whole room is very dirty, there are dust all over their AC and fan, the cleaning is not done. No toilet paper provided, and the hair dryer is broken.

• Ella (4/5): Avoid this place at all costs — it will ruin your trip! - This is by far the worst Airbnb check-in experience I’ve ever had. 1. Check-in disaster: The stated check-in time was 3pm. I arrived at 4.30pm — 1.5 hours later — only to find the room still not ready. The pillowcases and mattress covers hadn’t even been changed. The cleaner (likely hired from an agency) was polite and apologetic, but clearly this wasn’t her fault. 2. Basic necessities missing: No tissues, no toilet paper, nothing. Essentials that should be standard in any decent accommodation simply weren’t provided. There was a hairdryer, but it was completely broken — so essentially useless. 3. Air conditioning failure: The aircon didn’t work at all. I informed both the agent and the owner in our group chat immediately at 4.30pm. They read my message but completely ignored it until 6pm, only to respond with, “It’s too late, it need to checked by texhnician but they offwork now.” Excuse me? I told you 1.5hours earlier! 4. Terrible attitude & zero accountability: With all these problems, I tried calling both the agent and the owner for a solution or even just an explanation. They refused to answer. No apology. No attempt to make things right. Just complete disregard for their guests. The service and the room condition are a joke compared to the price they charge. Irresponsible host, unresponsive agent, and a property that should never have been listed in the first place. If you value your time, money, and mood — DO NOT BOOK THIS PLACE. It’s nothing but frustration and disappointment
