Kerstin (10/5): - Sehr saubere und große Wohnung, super ausgestattet, liebevoll dekoriert, alles vorhanden was man braucht. Zugang sehr einfach per Türcode, wird allerdings wirklich erst um Punkt 16 Uhr freigeschaltet, sodass man bei früherer Ankunft noch nicht rein kann. Öffentliche Parkplätze sind zahlreich direkt vor der Tür vorhanden, da das Apartment mitten im Wohngebiet liegt. Insgesamt sehr zu empfehlen. Die Bahnlinie ist direkt vor der Tür, die Züge fahren allerdings nur super selten und wir fanden es trotz offenem Fenster nachts überhaupt nicht störend. Insgesamt hat uns alles super gefallen und wir würden es jederzeit wieder buchen. :)

Daniel Heinrich (10/5): Tolle helle und moderne Wohnung! Bestens ausgestattet - Tolle, helle und komfortable Wohnung. Sie ist wirklich super ausgestattet, auch für lange Aufenthalte. In der Küche hat man alles, was man benötigt. Schön ist auch der gemütliche Balkon. Die Betten sind super und wir haben sehr gut geschlafen. Zudem ist es dort recht ruhig. Wenn man mit dem Auto unterwegs ist, findet man jederzeit einen Parkplatz ganz in der Nähe. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Andreas (10/5): 1A mit Landhausflair - Super schönes und sauberes Appartement im dezenten Landhausstil. Wir fühlten uns alle direkt sehr wohl. Die Hohen Decken waren schön. Auch für die kleinsten war alles notwendige da wie babybett, babystuhl usw. Es gab nichts zu bemängeln. Alles perfekt und jederzeit gerne wieder. Einen solchen Standard kann man sich nur für alle weiteren Buchungen wünschen.
Mike (9/5): Sehr helle und schöne Wohnung - Größe der Wohnung und des Betts, sowie, dass fast alles da ist, um nur mit einem Koffer anreisen zu können. Eine Waschmaschine ist auch vorhanden, um einen längeren Aufenthalt genießen zu können. Leider war die Couch leicht unbequem. Es fehlt Backpapier und eine Mikrowelle, aber das ist wirklich nur eine Idee, um es noch bequemer zu machen.

Nina (9/5): - Sehr gemütlich, schön eingerichtet und es hat alles was man braucht. Kommunikation top! Kein Aufzug. Für Reisen mit Kleinkinder daher unpraktisch, da man den Kinderwagen die Stufen hoch tragen muss. Leider wurde uns das versprochene Kinderbett nicht zur Verfügung gestellt.
OTAVIO (9/5): Wonderful stay at a great location in Grunwinkel, Karlsruhe area. - The location is excellent, close to many great supermarkets. The apartment was for two people but could easily acommodate four, I used the second room as an office and it worked perfectly. It is very close to train tracks so you may hear trains going by during the night time. Parkling is free - if you can find a spot. Many times I had to part along the train tracks where there's mud and it can get your car dirty.

Renate (10/5): Hands down, one of the best apartments we stayed at with great location and easy a cess to public bus (3 min walk) and a - Loved it from the moment we stepped in to it. Spacious, great layout, very modern, very well equipped spacious kitchen with Nespresso machine, water cooker, toaster, hand held electric milk foamer + desk and chair and armoir in both guest rooms, balcony, towel warmer (so nice in December!), Ned’s and bedding super comfortable, in short, it was. PERFECT!!! There wasn’t anything we didn’t like. A microwave could have been nice but it was no big deal.
Mariya (9/5): Nice and Wide - It was all perfect. The apartment had everything that we needed for our 5 nights stay. Great location for us as we used a car and we were always able to find a parking spot next to the building. May be the pillows were a bit uncomfortable for us but different people have different preferences so no biggie. The apt was a bit cold when we checked in and it took about 24hrs to warm up by the central heating but at least there was a spare convector that helped a bit.

Ina (9/5): We hebben genoten van het mooie, moderne en goed uitgeruste appartement - Het appartement is mooi, modern en van alle gemakken voorzien. Hoewel het gebouw naast het spoor ligt en we daar vooraf wat twijfels over hadden, hebben we hier in de praktijk geen last van gehad. Aan het begin hadden we een probleem met de verwarming, maar de eigenaar reageerde snel en hielp ons dit prettig op te lossen. Een folder met praktische informatie zou handig zijn geweest. Zo was het niet duidelijk wat er met het afval moest gebeuren en hoe dit gescheiden moest worden. Aangezien dit per land verschilt (wij zijn uit Nederland en onze vrienden die naast ons het grotere appartement hadden gehuurd komen uit Frankrijk) en alle afvalzakken hetzelfde waren, zou duidelijke informatie hierover erg helpend zijn geweest.

Forse non era facile programmare il riscaldamento della casa. Forse per alcuni ospiti può essere scomodo Fare tante rampe di scale ma per noi non è stato un problema

Elena (9/5): Great place to stay with kids, very clean and bright - I loved nearly everything about the place. It’s fantastic—very clean, bright, and spacious. All the furniture looked brand new. When we requested a baby chair, we received it the next day. I felt well taken care of. I really recommend this place; it’s a great option for staying with kids. They also had a fully kitted kitchen, with absolutely everything provided. It’s on the 3rd floor, but you need to climb four flights of stairs. The pillows are incredibly soft—almost like they don’t exist. To be fair, the agency brought new ones, but they were exactly the same.

Ekkehart (6/5): Schön, aber abgelegen - Wirklich geschmackvoll eingerichtet, großzügige Räume. Die Lage ist nicht einfach. In die City braucht man mit dem ÖPNV mindestens 30 min. (Umsteigeverbindung). Und obwohl die Wohnung direkt an den Gleisen der DB liegt hört man davon eigentlich nichts.

Marcel (10/5): Neu, modern und komfortabel - so macht Karlsruhe Spaß! :) - Alles sehr neu, modern und chic eingerichtet. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Öffis direkt um die Ecke . Betten herrlich bequem und ein wundervoller Balkon. :)
