• Jörg (7/5): - Zimmer sind schön eingerichtet. Bettwäsche war enthalten obwohl anders angekündigt. Das Klappbett war kaputt und blieb nicht von allein unten, mussten wir mit ein paar Tricks feststellen. Die Rezeption war zu den Zeitpunkt nicht besetzt, so dass wir den Schaden nicht melden konnten.

Madame, Monsieur, Suite à mon séjour dans votre hôtel Aparthotel Adagio Access Brussels Airport du vendredi 15 mai 2026 au samedi 16 mai 2026 ou j'ai réservé 2 chambres studio en l occurrence chambre 204 et 304, je tiens à vous faire part de mon mécontentement et de cette expérience désagréable. Arrivée aux alentours de 21h le vendredi soir, la chambre 304 n'était pas faite, ci-joint photo. Odeur nauséabonde, vaisselle dans l' évier, etc... Retour à la réception, expliquant le cas, on me dit qu'il s'en occupe dans l' heure qui suit. À noter, réceptionniste très agréable et compréhensible seul point positif. Retour 23h, la chambre n’était toujours pas prête, retour à la réception. La solution, une nouvelle chambre dans l' urgence (chambre 204) odeur de tabac horrible. Ménage et poussière décevant, lavabo de salle de bain boucher (découverte du matin). Lorsque l' on réserve une chambre, on s'attend à une certaines prestations. Suite à cette expérience, j'espère qu'un geste commercial de votre part sera effectué. Dans l' attente d' un retour, je me tiens à garder mon avis publiquement sur votre établissement. • Anikó (9/5): - Kényelmes, tiszta, jól felszerelt, jól hangszigetelt. Az ágynál lévő egyik éjjeli lámpa le volt szerelve és a vezetékek szabadon lógtak. Ez nem olyan dolog, amire azt lehet, mondani, hogy nem vettek észre, illetve amit legalább egy szigetelő szalaggal nem lehetett volna orvosolni. Nem egetverő probléma, de kis odafigyeléssel kezelhető lett volna, mielőtt kiadják valakinek a szobát.

• Laetitia (8/5): Une belle découverte proche de Bruxelles et de l'aéroport - J'ai aimé l'emplacement, l'espace dans la chambre, les équipements de cuisine, le confort des oreillers. J'ai juste trouvé un cheveux dans le lavabo sinon ras. Il serait bien pour le parking payant de 24h de faire payer au prorata car 19 euros pour 24h alors qu'on y reste moins c'est cher.

There were not enough blankets in the room (less than 1 per bed), when asked they said they did not have enough. Just a minor issue, as the room was warm enough and all other supplies (e.g., bedsheets) were there.

De receptionist was druk bezig iets anders voor ons te regelen. Uiteindelijk over geboekt naar een ander (beter) hotel en als tegemoetkoming daar gratis parkeren gekregen Zorgen dat er geen sprake is van overboeking, wij hadden er geen stress van maar had heel vervelend kunnen zijn

• veronique (9/5): Dit is voor mij the place to be wanneer ik een weekje op kantoor moet zijn. - Dicht bij mijn kantoor. Proper en alles wat je nodig hebt. Personeel behulpzaam. Ik heb hier nu al voor de derde keer verbleven tijdens een week opleiding op kantoor; beste locatie waar ik met plezier naar terug ga. Ik vind de prijs om te parkeren heel hoog en al zeker als je hier enkele dagen verblijft. Soms is de communicatie met het personeel wat moeilijker aangezien weinigen Nederlands kunnen.

• Beatrix Dreyer (9/5): - Die Zimmer waren sauber und komfortabel eingerichtet Das Personal beim Frühstücksbuffet war sehr langsam mit dem Nachfüllen von Geschirr / Besteck / Lebensmitteln. Wir hatten zwei Tage, wo um 8:30 Uhr der Saft und die Waffelbehälter für Marmelade schon leer waren und auch nicht mehr nachgefüllt wurden. Das geht besser, besonders da das Frühstücksbuffet von 6:30 - 10:00 Uhr geöffnet ist.

• SHAGUN (6/5): Not the best Adagio - Kitchen was good and completely furnished. Room was big. Corridor and the lift had a kind of drainage smell. Bed was not very comfortable, especially there was a big gap behind the bed, where my phone slipped easily and then we realised that it was almost impossible to fetch it back but with lots of efforts we managed. It is a very uncomfortable situation and could happen with anyone.
