Precisei achar um outro lugar as pressas. Host informou que o o local estava ocupado, porém entao porque estava disponível para reserva? Segundo o host, foi erro do Booking.
- adrijimenez (9/5): Localización cercana a puntos de interés - Ubicación muy buena para ir caminando a times squarte y al hight line. 2 sofa cama individual y 1 cama doble en habitación privada. Cama cómoda y sofascama aceptables. Abundantes drogadictos y vagabundos en las calles cercanas.
- Maximilian (3/5): Nicht "hervorragend" - Die Lage ist perfekt. Der Besitzer war freundlich. Die Schlafmoeglichkeiten im Wohnzimmer sind eine Katastrophe. Am Schlimmsten war für uns, dass wir nur für eine Bettdecke einen Bezug hatten. Auch auf Nachfrage wurde es nicht abgeaendert. Rollos fielen bei Benutzung vom Fenster. Es gab keine Möglichkeit sein Gepaeck auszupacken, da die Kommoden, einen Schrank gab es nicht, voll mit privater Waesche waren. Auch im Bad alles voll mit privaten Dingen. Zustand des Appartements keinesfalls "hervorragend".
