• danyal (1/5): Terrible experience. - Nothing This was the worst place I have ever stayed in. On the first day, the door handle broke, the trash can was broken, and the bathtub feels like it’s about to collapse into the floor below. Worst of all, the bed frame is broken; you end up sleeping in a literal hole. It was absolutely terrible.

TE ENGAÑAN CON LA UBICACIÓN, EL PARKING DICEN 25 € PERO SON 40 €. No se puede acceder al apartamento en coche. Cuando llegamos nos extrañó que el safo del salón ya estuviera montado pero no le dimos importancia ya que no volveríamos hasta la noche. El parking a 15 minutos andando con las maletas por la calle. Al regresar y tratar de acostarnos, nos hundimos en el somier. ESTABA TODO ROTO Y ATADO CON ALAMBRES, relleno de cojines para tratar de que se mantuviera derecho. Les mandamos fotos y no se dignaron a responder. Más tarde nos mandaron un mensaje diciendo QUE EL SOFÁ LO HABÍAMOS ROTO NOSOTROS. Te cobran 90 € por la limpieza (que deja bastante que desear, como se puede ver por los bichos de la lampara. Las almohadas amarillentas, ETC) ESTAMOS PREPARANDO UNA RECLAMACIÓN FORMAL ANTE BOOKING POR ESTAS INCIDENCIAS QUE NO SE PUEDEN PERMITIR
• Tricia (5/5): Pleasant stay in a vibrant city - The location was excellent - a short walk to the nearest metro station and overlooking the canal. There was a bustling Sunday market on the pavement, right underneath our balcony and a great vegan coffee shop 2 mins away. The bed was comfortable. We couldn't get the air conditioning (for heating in the evening) or the TV to work, apart from one channel in Italian. So both these appliances need checking. There were also no bedside lamps for reading - only a central light in the ceiling which meant you had to get out of bed to turn it off. The kitchen also needs at least one tea towel for drying dishes. We did have a bit of trouble getting in as we were expecting a 2 pm check in (which I had requested) and when I tried to ring the hosts I was told to contact Booking.com. Fortunately we met the cleaner and he let us in early. There was another annoyance concerning a refund which I had to chase the hosts for.

The bathtub visible in the picture is replaced with a shower - it works well, but if you’re specifically looking for a bathtub, the picture of the bathroom is outdated. Everything else just as in the pictures.

При пристигането ни имахме нужда от помощ за паркиране на автомобил и достъп до апартамента, но никой не отговори до края на престоя ни на посочените телефонни номера. Апартаментът е подходящ за двама човека. Дивана е счупен и не може да се ползва. Банята се наводнява от душкабината и не са предвидени никакви средства за почистване на помещенията,

• Heli (7/5): Good - The apartment was very dusty. The carpet in the large room was uncleaned and very old. I didn’t sit on the sofa even once because it was very dirty. There were no hooks in the bathroom. The apartment needs renovation.
• Danielle (10/5): Best location! Comfortable and safe - This apartment was in the perfect location overlooking the canal in the very centrally located and popular Navigli district in Milan. The area was very quiet and very secure. The apartment was extremely clean and had everything you needed to feel comfortable and enjoy your personal space. I was traveling as a solo female and felt extremely comfortable and had the best experience, overall I would come back to this apartment 10 out of 10.

• Σκοντόβολου (10/5): Exceptional - The accommodation was excellent, exactly as it appears in the photos, fully equipped with everything. Also, from the balcony you have a view of the river. Τhe heating in the house was incredible, we didn't get cold at all. The host is very kind and willing to help with any of our questions. Check-in was very easy with the information he sent us. There was even a video with the steps you have to follow to find the keys. He also sends you detailed instructions about the room, trash, and general information about attractions, areas, and transportation. The area is very good and on the adjacent pedestrian street there are countless shops for food, drink and entertainment. I highly recommend it, you will definitely be satisfied.

• Minda (6/5): It's a perfectly good place if these things can be addressed. - The apartment is perfect sized, good shower and main bed is fine. Close enough to most sites. It was impossible to figure out how to use the stove. The owners came over right away to help but they didn't figure it out either. The pull out bed that they made up for us turned out to be impossible to sleep on. I was not able to fold back the bed so unfortunately they had to come and reassemble which wasn't easy for them. I did appreciate how quickly they responded to our requests. The AC at the time was not working properly but it turns they said it was on the wrong setting.

• Alexander (6/5): Good central location for short city trip, but not recommended due to AC and dust - Central, good location. Nice bars and restaurants nearby. City Centre walkable. Enough space and big fridge. Air conditioning is not working properly. Even though we set it on 17 degrees, it was not properly cooling. Only after a few hours the room was really cool so one could sleep. Spider webs and dust in the apartment (although only in the corners). But did not seem very well in shape. Overly complicated check-in procedure via a third-party-website.

Instructions on how to access apartment were easy to follow. Any queries were answered very quickly through WhatsApp. The bathroom could do with ventilation also a/c was very noisy.

• Katrina (10/5): A great location for aperitivos in Navigli - The apartment was really nice, and in my absolute favorite area - Navigli. Consider that we were two female travellers there mostly for aperitivo and fun! The apartment had a cool balcony almost in the middle of the party (which we liked), and a nice view to the channel. Also downstairs there is a nice vegan cafe. Complimentary food was epic. The rug in the living room was a bit filthy, they should put a bathroom rug near the shower, and I was missing a full length mirror for outfit check.
• Darius (7/5): Good - What good: the place is near the center, picturesque because the canal is nearby I'll start with what I didn't like: The fact that there is no sound insulation from the street (I suspect the blinds are installed incorrectly, their mechanism should be on the outside), it feels like you are sleeping with the windows open. There is a cafe downstairs: you can hear the screams of customers until 4 am 😡😡 and so for 4 nights, I'm not talking about the utilities , they started work at 5 o'clock in the morning. and we learned all this through badly constructed outdoor blinds☝️. I'm trying to imagine how it would look in the summer = it would be better to sleep probably under a bridge, because it wouldn't cost anything☝️ The sofa bed in the living room is broken, you have to sleep with your head down (and to sleep in a normal position you have to turn on your fantasy), the ventilation in the bathroom does not work, most of the light bulbs are burned out. There is only one set of keys for three people. but what is most important, I would indicate the full day phone no. when calling for help or inquiries, no one picks up the phone or even calls back.

• Amir (10/5): Convenient and joyful residence next to Canal - Location of property is great, many bars and restaurants are around. This is a nice and clean complex, the apartment is so clean and has all facilities, kitchen appliances, furniture, a beautiful balcony with canal views. Safe and secure complex and I loved staying in this apartment. I would recommend this property to travelers. The host did not answer my calls, I have tried several times and sent message too. At the end a lovely neighbor helped and called by his mobile and sent manage to communicate with host then we manage to talk and collect keys. I only would recommend host to be more active and responsive otherwise apartment is so comfortable and convenient.

The apartment was not clean(at least in our case), the walls had stains and spiders, the floor was very dirty. The AC made weird noises after running for a couple of minutes and it didn't really cool the room. The balcony door from the bedroom was broken and you could hear all the noises from outside. In the bathroom the shower head is half broken and needs to be replaced.

The communication with the landlord was perfect; quick response, always being on the possitive and solution side, patient aproach to my silly and annoying questions, etc. Clear check-in procedures; we completed without any problem. I found the enterance of the garden and the enterance of the building were quite safe. We found a very very clean appartment. Everything was as clean as 4 star hotel. All machines in the apartment worked without any problem. The kitchen was ok; we found everything we looked for. The location was great as well; if you like restaurants, cafes and bars, you will find more which are closer to apartment. The location is also great, 100 mt to tram (No9 and N10), 450 mt to Geneva Metro station (Green Line), 150 mt to carrefour express. We really enjoyed our stay and the hospitality of the landlord. Because of the bars closer to the apartment; We heard some higer volume music and peoples' talk

After the comment from the owner, I changed my rating from 7 to 1, Unfriendly hosts, dirty and small apartment, never again, hosts like that don't have to be in the industry!!!The apartment, as I wrote, is small for 4 people, if you move the sofa apart, moving around the room (it is combined with the kitchen) is not possible, he writes that we left the apartment dirty, unbelievable!
• Hen (1/5): Bad - Warning: Terrible Experience, Unreliable Owner, and Inadequate Accommodation The most awful experience I had through Booking was with a lying apartment owner, a malfunctioning air conditioner, and inadequate care. This was when we didn't get what we paid for. Beware of booking accommodation here!! I feel compelled to share my recent experience in this apartment, and I urge others to exercise caution when booking here. Upon our arrival on June 12, 2023, we immediately noticed that the air conditioner was not functioning. We spent a sleepless night without relief from the scorching temperatures in the apartment. This was despite notifying the owner and being promised a technician the next morning. To our dismay, the technician's arrival was delayed. When they finally came, they could not fix the problem after wasting our time in an open door. We decided to leave, backed by evidence of our intent to vacate and the owner's false claims. The owner's dishonesty and lack of responsibility have made this experience a nightmare. I strongly advise choosing a reliable accommodation provider that values guest comfort and avoids poor maintenance and the untrustworthy practices we encountered here. I have already contacted Booking.com's legal department to address this matter appropriately. I hope sharing my experience serves as a cautionary tale for others seeking accommodation in this place.

Groceries, restaurants and all your other needs were minutes away. Transit was required to get downtown but it was very accessible and you can get anywhere in Milan in a short period of time. • Colinb (7/5): Exactly as advertised. Good value staying in this area of Milan. - Communication was excellent before and during the stay. The apartment was everything it was advertised to be. The canal district has lively nightlife but the apartment is set in quiet grounds if you have time to enjoy them in the day. Shower could have been better but at least the curtain did not get in the way and stick to you.
