Anonymous (1/5): Awful. The place was dirty when we entered and customer service was super unhelpful. - Nothing When we arrived the apartment was super dirty. We had to scramble to find another place to stay for the first night. We immediately contacted the property the night on arrival but they weren’t able to help us. The next day we were in contact with customer service again but it was super unhelpful. At first they said the room would be ready early afternoon then they said not until early evening. We asked to be compensated for the inconvenience and of course the first night stay. They were super vague and when we asked to speak to a more senior staff they said they could not do that. We had called maybe a good 7-8 times and were getting nowhere. They said the delay was because the apartment was later in their cleaning route but if guests were supposed to be in the apartment the night before but the apartment was never cleaned shouldn’t that just be first on the list…. Luckily booking.com was able to cancel the reservation for us. However, it’s been over 30 days and we still haven’t received a refund. Now they are trying to charge us for one night as well when we couldn’t stay here due to the unhygienic conditions of the apartment. Don’t stay here. Don’t stay in any of the company’s properties.

Nithin (1/5): I had booked a 2 bed 2 bath unit. I reached the property on time but there was no key in the lock box. When I called the - I had booked a 2 bed 2 bath unit. I reached the property on time but there was no key in the lock box. When I called the property, they were not very cooperative and did not take any responsibility and made my family wait for more that 2 hours to provide a 1 bed 1 bath unit. The next day they asked us to move to a 2 bed 1 bath unit. They did not provide any credit for the inconvenience caused and a different unit provided from the one I had booked. Customer service is hopeless. This property is a gamble. If everything goes good then you are in luck if not the entire vacation needs to be spent dealing with customer service representative. Jinghua (9/5): Brand New Apartment Great for Family - It's 99% brand new, if not 100%. Super clean and very spacious. Quiet and safe for a family trip. No on-site parking for this unit at the moment, so we need to park on the streets, which is easy for the Thanksgiving break weekend. Not sure about other dates though.
