• Ionut (10/5): Outstanding host, fully equipped apartment, perfect City location - The host went above and beyond - waited up to welcome me at 1am check-in and addressed every small challenge during my stay immediately and graciously. The apartment is small but fully equipped, with a kitchen you can actually cook in (all spices, oils, coffee, tea provided) and thoughtful welcome treats waiting on arrival: bottled water, coffee, biscuits, and tea. Excellent location for business in the City - reached Bishopsgate in under 10 minutes on foot. P.S.: the sofa is red now. :) Honestly, nothing significant. The three flights of stairs are steep, but that comes with the territory of a charming London building.
• Gergő (7/5): Ha valaki egész nap a városban tartózkodik, csak alvásra kell elfogadható - Jó helyen található, két metró közelében: Aldgate, Aldgate East, Liverpool Station állomás 15, Tower 10 perc gyalog. Sok reggeliző hely van gyalogos távolságra. Érdekes, 3 m széles épület, jól kihasználták a rendelkezésre álló területet. Nagy belmagasság, magas ajtók, izlésesen berendezett, keksz, tea, víz a hűtőben Hangos, mert főútvonalon fekszik, kora reggeltől behallatszik az utca zaja, rengeteg mentő jár, mintha egy mentőállomás lenne a közelben. Hangos, mert a felette lévő lakásban több gyerek lakik, akik reggel fél nyolctól este fél tizenegyig fel alá rohangálnak, dübörög a plafon, a hangokat úgy hallani, mintha egy légtérben lennénk, ugyanígy a folyósóról is. Harmadik emeleten található, nincs lift. Lakás bejárati ajtaja nehezen záródik Feljött, mozog a járólap a fürdőszobában, alacsony a víznyomás a zuhanyzóban. Közös takaró van, nincs másik, előre kell jelezni, ja valakinek ez nem komfortos, ott tartózkodás alatt már nem hoznak másikat.
• nora (9/5): Presque parfait - Appartement à côté du métro et dans la zone 1 de Londres. Des bouquets de fleurs se trouvaient là à notre arrivée et qui embaumaient l’appartement. Tous le nécessaire quand on arrive comme le café,l’huile,les épices, mais aussi des produits d’entretien. L’hôte a été super réactif à toutes nos questions. L’emplacement idéal avec 10 m de la gare San Pancras et un accès quasi direct en métro pour visiter les musées et les palais.

• Anne (10/5): Beautiful, clean, small and modern apartment in great location for London - As a solo traveller I found this apartment absolutely perfect - it's location close (10 minute walk) to Liverpool Street train station (arriving from Stansted), lots of cafes, restaurants and grocery shops beside it. Walking distance 12-15 minutes walk to London Bridge and the Thames path, right beside Aldgate underground to bring you wherever else you'd wish to go. The apartment itself is on the 3rd floor (3 flights of quite narrow steep stairs - good exercise). It's quite unusual as it has a longish narrow corridor which links kitchen/lounge area one end and bedroom the other with a small but perfect sized bathroom with sink, shower, toilet and hotrail.(Shower gel, shampoo and conditioner included) The kitchen is really well equipped with everything you need if you wish to cook - there's also a microwave. It was well stocked for tea, coffee and some sweet and savoury snacks for when you arrive. There were cleaning liquids and cloths. The living room is quite small, table and chairs for two, a small sofa - perfect for one, okay for two, TV and WiFi (a bit weak but I just used to watch my Netflix and it worked perfect) Bedroom is spacious with lots of wardrobe space, ironing board, hairdryer, mirror and small table and chairs, two bedside lockers and very comfortable bed. The apartment was warm and cosy, very quite considering it's on a main street but I put that down to electric cars - the police and ambulance sirens were the only noise I really hear (and a few motorbikes!). Instructions to collect the keys were very clear and easy. Doors were very secure. I will definitely stay again when I go back to London. Only thing I can say was no egg cups (well I couldn't find one!)

• Cédric (9/5): - Excellent location, close to all amenities. The apartment is very well equipped and thoughtfully arranged — everything you need is provided. The host is extremely responsive and helpful. Just a couple of minor points: the Wi-Fi can be a bit slow for remote work, and the hot water was occasionally not very hot. Overall, a very pleasant stay.

• Anton (9/5): Excellent option to stay in London - great location, close to the City, Liverpool street station and other means of transportation. And it feels like the hosts do care. A normal thing but something you encounter less and less nowadays... The only real problem for me was water pressure in the shower. And also the noisy street, but it's London..

• Keith (6/5): We always enjoy a break away and once booked you usually make the most of what you get. I doubt we would book this apart - The location was very noisy. A thicker curtain or blind in the bedroom would have helped make the room darker as it was too light at 5 in the morning, so along with the noise and light it was hard to get a good nights sleep. The stairs were very steep and narrow, luckily you only have to carry a case up then down 3 flights in one stay. Spoons would have been nice in the kitchen.

• Mark (9/5): Met requirements for a two night business stay. - Did what it said on the tin. Location was decent. Small narrow flat but that was fine. Flat was warm and I liked it. Small pub next door. Front door was insecure. Steep internal stairs were a pain carrying luggage to third floor. Staff on telephone were very helpful and provided positive support gaining entrance.

• Stavri (9/5): Enjoyed it. Definitely rebook here. - Very nice building, everything in the flat was new and clean, it has a lot of amenities and in a perfect location! Highly recommending this place. Few downsides is that there is no elevator and it is located on the 3rd floor and internet connection was slow hence it was difficult to work.

• Alana (10/5): The flat is immaculate clean and well kept, comfortable bed with lots of pillows, washing machine - Picking the keys up is self serviced, the kitchen is well equipped and the flat is small but cute and quiet when you close the window of the room. if you arrive late there’s quite a few homeless and dodgy people around that can clearly see the code you put in the box to get the keys it feels a bit invasive. If you have any condition that prevents you from using stairs this flat is in a third floor with very narrow and steeped stairs

• Youssef (10/5): Excellent, will book again. - The cleanliness of the apartment really stood out. There were scent sticks everywhere, which admittedly was overwhelming at first but became one of the highlights of the stay. The bedroom overlooked the Main Street and it was always a calm way to end the day, just staring out of the window from a cozy bed as it rained outside. All amenities needed were there in the apartment, and if you need to purchase anything there's a Tescos two minutes away. The walk from Liverpool Street to the apartment also passes by many restaurants and shops and is the best way to commute quickly and efficiently. There was no oven dish wish wasn't practical when it came to needing to use the oven. Additionally the shower head wasn't good, it barely got any water out so you always had to use the "hose?"

Lubza was really helpful with a great focus on customer service. Nothing.
