• Cynthia J (9/5): Other than the floors needing cleaning and dusting, it had everything that I needed. The hoste was h - Great location for everything that I wanted to do. The room needed dusting. The floors needed mopping.

• Stefania (10/5): Perfetto! - Il loft è funzionale, c'è tutto ciò di cui si ha bisogno: frigo e freezer, lavasciuga, piano a induzione, forno, tostapane e bollitore, stendino, ferro da stiro con asse, ventilatore, asciugacapelli. Il sofà diventa un terzo letto. L'armadio è capiente. Asciugamani e lenzuola pulite. Doccia spaziosa. Doccino per il bidet. L'host puntuale, preciso, e prontissimo per ogni esigenza o difficoltà : ha sempre risposto immediatamente. Consiglio questo soggiorno. Unica pecca: è presente un tavolino basso ma non un tavolo con le sedie.

• SeongMun (10/5): - 2명이 사용하기에 딱 적절함. 크리스마스 연휴라서 주변 대부분 문을 닫았지만 숙소 주변 마트는 아랍 계열이라 크리스마스에도 문 열음. KFC, 맥도날드, 파파이스 다 있어서 좋음. 언더그라운드 역에서는 10분 정도 걸으면 되고 좋았음. 조리기구도 왠만한건 다 있음. 살짝 길가라서 차 지나가는 소리들이 들리는거 외엔 없음.

• Therese (7/5): Good, but by no means Luxurious! - Location was central. Only 30 minutes by tube to central London. Host acted quickly to fix broken washing machine and he was good at communicating. Bed was pretty comfortable. Netflix available to guests. Shower good. Within 15 minutes walk of 2 tube stations. Location felt a bit unsafe at night. It was not luxurious. Washing machine was broken and we had to get host to fix it for us. Outlook was unattractive out the back of the property. Quite noisy at night from generator.

• Ksenia (8/5): - Clean, cozy studio. All the amenities described on the website are there. The day before check-in, the owner sent clear instructions on how to get into the apartment. The windows overlook the street, which is a little noisy from traffic, no noise from restaurants. Within walking distance of 2 metro stations (Fulham Broadway and West Brompton), as well as bus stops.Good value for money I would like to have a towel under my feet in the bathroom and to clean the iron from scale (leaves stains on clothes when using steam)

• Christine (8/5): Comfortable option although further away than expected. - This was a good place with a very kind host. Possibly important info to know: it is not 1 BR it is a studio. Everything is in 1 room except the bathroom. It is very small but also very serviceable. The pull-out couch has a mattress that is less than an inch thick but it is on a flat trampoline type material and not items that stick into you. So it was surprisingly fine. It was only up one flight of stairs but that last step going down to leave is much larger than the rest and can result in falls [yes, I did stumble and hurt my knee] so be careful. It was also very hot while we were there- even when it cooled down at night, there is no airflow through the apartment to bring in the cooler air since windows are only on one side. It is also noisy on the street so leaving the windows open has that down side. There was a fan which was extremely helpful but if it will be hot, bring another portable fan with you [or perhaps a second one can be added to the room]. This was a much better price than rentals near the center of town. There were no sheets for the pull out couch that I used. It was not in the closet w/ the spare blanket and pillow - although everything else was perfectly fine. The title of the property is misleading though. It was a 15 min walk to the subway station and the fastest we ever moved to get to Kings Cross/St. Pancras was 45 more minutes on the metro [it did include a train change which adds time]. So it is an hour from the city center. This is especially important to know when catching trains/flights. On that note - it is also important to know that the subway does not open until 7am on Sunday. We learned the hard way when planning to get to the train station on time by leaving on the subway at 6:30 am.

• Yuemin (10/5): Exceptional - The transportation is convenient, suitable for cooking all kinds of delicious food, the kitchen appliances are complete, the bed is comfortable, and there is also a nice landlord. Everything is fine.
• Sofija (9/5): Cozy clean apartment - Very comfortable apartment, clean, not loud even though it’s on the main street. Staff/owner is amazing, quick with answers! Would recommend and come back. Sofa bed might be confusing to open (a video would be great for guests)

• Paola (8/5): A place to go ! - The flat was clean and the kitchen was provided by all you needed , also a wash and dry machine! . The bathroom is new and with a large shower . Good for 3 people. Near the Discrit Line, Fulham Broad way Station ( 6 min walking In fronte of the flat there is a market and an other one at the tube station
• Kristina (10/5): Exceptional - Communication was spot on! We we allowed to leave our suitcases first thing in the morning in the hallway. There are CCTV cameras so it fell safe. We met a couple who was moving out when we arrived, and they gave us 10 out of 10 feedback. We cooked our meal, all the facilities were working. We would definitely book this room again in the future.

Double glazed windows makes the place really quiet, even though the windows faces the main street. Strongly recommended! A bit too pricey

• Abs (10/5): Exceptional - I have stayed in Fulham three times over the last year and this is by far the best place I have ever stayed. I love how accessible everything was, it was extremely modern, everything was so easy to use, everything was digital from the master lock on the front door to the mirror light in the bathroom! The studio is really spacious, the bathroom is big enough for 2, there is a sofa and a huge bed in the living area, perfect for relaxing! Also the wardrobe was very spacious with plenty of storage room and easy pull down rails.
• Nurul (10/5): Very comdortable place to stay - The kitchen, the washer and dryer and my favourite, the bidet! Location wise, it's really near to bus stops, grocery stores and restaurants, especially halal ones for muslims. It might be a bit small for 4 adults but it is doable.
