Biastoch (1/5): Geringe Erwartungen und trotzdem enttäuscht! - Die Schlüsselübergabe fand zur verabredeten Zeit statt. Der Zustand der Wohnung war absolut inakzeptabel und entsprach in keiner Weise den Erwartungen. Die Wohnungstür ließ sich nicht abschließen. Von mehreren Zimmertüren funktionierte lediglich eine einzige – alle anderen, einschließlich der Badezimmertür mit Toilette, konnten nicht geschlossen werden. Dies stellt einen erheblichen Mangel an Privatsphäre und Sicherheit dar. Die Küche war vom Flur lediglich durch einen einfachen Duschvorhang getrennt, was weder hygienisch noch angemessen ist. In den Schlafzimmern befand sich deutlich sichtbarer Schimmel in den Ecken, der teilweise sogar nur notdürftig überstrichen wurde. Das vorhandene WLAN funktionierte nicht, wodurch auch der Fernseher unbenutzbar war. Zusätzlich fehlten im Schlafzimmer Nr. 2 sowohl eine geeignete Steckdose für den Fernseher als auch ein Receiver. Im Badezimmer lief das Wasser am Handwaschbecken ununterbrochen. In Kombination mit den nicht schließbaren Türen führte dies zu einer erheblichen Lärmbelästigung. Das Badezimmer insgesamt war in einem stark veralteten, verkalkten und unsauberen Zustand. Der Duschvorhang war zudem verschimmelt. Insgesamt war der Aufenthalt aufgrund der zahlreichen Mängel äußerst unangenehm und nicht zumutbar. Obwohl wir gezielt nach einer günstigen Unterkunft gesucht und entsprechend niedrige Erwartungen hatten, ist diese Wohnung in ihrem aktuellen Zustand schlichtweg nicht vermietbar.
