• Cami Pop (10/5): Locatie draguta, recomand! - Locatie aproape de statia de autobuz, metrou, Lidl si 2 restaurante in zona. Apart. curat si bucataria utilata cu cele necesare. Facila corespondenta pe wp cu gazda, atunci cand am avut nevoie de suport. Raport pret-calitate ok! Check-in-ul s-a facut pe baza unor instructiuni primite pe wp, insa dupa ce am luat cheile din cutia postala a fost complicat sa identificam numele propr, deoarece nu avea trecut numele. Am mers prin eliminare, a iesit cineva dintr-un apart, acela l-am exclus, apoi alt apart avea cod la usa, nu era cu cheie...si a fost neplacut sa incerc deschiderea unui apart, fara a avea siguranta ca nu incerc la altcineva. Ca recomandare, sa fie trecut numele la intrare, exista spatiu dedicat. La bucatarie era detergent de vase,insa nu exista o laveta sau burete de vase si nici prosop de bucatarie. Aveam doar 1 pastila pt masina de spalat vase si aveam doar cani si pahare de spalat. Recomand un burete de vase. Canapeua extensibila nu era comfortabila pt a dormi 2 pers, avea denivelari. Ca recomandare, o sticla cu apa in frigider, la venire, asa am avut pe unde am mai fost si e necesar cand ajungi de pe drum.
• Yurii (8/5): Якщо вас двоє то ще можна буде нормально виспатися. Диван зовсім не годиться для того щоб спати - Розташування до памʼяток культури та зручне розташування до громадського транспорту. Квартира чиста Диван який розкладається скрипить та прогинається. Він не розрахований для спання. На кухні немає рушників для посуду. Один з умивальників був повністю забитий.

• GOKHAN (1/5): Unpleasant experience - Location Cleaning, maintenance of the apartment. Unfortunately we had an unpleasant experience during our stay at the Prada’s Nest. When we arrived in the apartment it was freezing cold as the AC was not working (we stayed in January). It took us several minutes & calls to get help from the management to solve the issue. The management said they would try to send someone to check the AC over the weekend, nobody showed up… The extra blankets were stained & dirty we could not use it at all… Overall kitchen and bathroom were very dated. Cleaning was an issue. The hot water (boiler) allowed only 1 person to bathe for 3 minutes and then we had to wait for 35 minutes to get warm water again. Not an ideal situation for 4 persons family / for travellers. In summary I would not stay here again and do not recomment for travellers.
• Cecilia (6/5): Deliziosa ma fredda e un po' rumorosa - Casa deliziosa e accogliente, provvista di tutto il necessario Camera rumorosa, affaccia sulla strada ed è ad altezza marciapiede. Doccia fredda (mancava inoltre l'asciugamano per il bidet)
• Taisiya (7/5): Nice place to stay, but more support from the host on problem solving shall be very much appreciated - The property is nice and well located We had a problem with the door - the code didn't work and as we arrived late at night, no one could support, we almost decided we shall have to look for another place to stay.... and we had a huge problem with heating, it didn't work and the host didn't manage to help us during the 2 nights we spent there, as all the advices to turn it off and reboot didn't help. So we ended up sleeping with our clothes on.

• Efoua Ayom-Matonè (8/5): - Joli appartement, bien lumineux, très propre et bien équipé. Impeccable! Seul bémol, le checkout est trop matinal!
• Gu (6/5): - Great apartment that perfectly fitted its description. Safe neighbourhood and a great building somewhat close to the subway. Although the host claim that there was airconditioning in the apartment we could never get it to work. No instructions where available for it either. Arriving on one of the summers hottest days it caused some discomfort.
• Ali (3/5): 😒😒 - There is an electric oven in the place, a cold refrigerator I was very dissatisfied with the check-in process — I was given only one key, and customer service communicates solely through WhatsApp, always full of excuses. We requested a late check-out, which was immediately denied without any flexibility. They didn’t even offer a single extra hour. In fact, a cleaning staff member rang the doorbell multiple times before 10:00 AM, essentially forcing us to leave. The location is far from the metro station — at least a 15-minute walk, which is exhausting, especially in the summer heat. The air conditioning was terrible; I couldn’t feel comfortable at all. You can even hear people walking and talking outside from the bedroom because the apartment is below ground level. At the very least, they should learn some basic etiquette and show respect to guests by allowing a late check-out, especially when the official check-in isn’t until after 3:00 PM.
• Claudia (8/5): Unfortunately and complicated stay - The apartment has almost everything, the area was o.k. with 3 stairs to go to the toilet.Tey advise us to clean what we use, but didn't find any kitchen paper or towels. We only used cups for wine and coffee. I didn't like the on line check in , I found it complicated and spent a lot of time trying to figure it out. It seems becoming very popular to ask the guest to leave dishes washed., personally I don't trust how they care about good cleaning and for 2 or 3 dishes you won't use a dishwasher.. The apartment is in the basement with other more and didn't have any sign which one was ours. We guessed ..A bit tired to be reading the instructions to get in the appartment ...I think it would is important to know in advance what kind of check in is going to be and one kann decide....next time I ll be more careful about it.. It would be nice a night table in the room , instead of those big closets..

• Michal (9/5): Great place at reasonable price with perfect location - Everything as described, well equipped and cozy appartement within a walking distance from M3 metro line stop just a few minutes ride to a city center. Easy access to apartment with clear instructions. Moreover (as a bonus :)), free street parking on a street next to the apartment. Online process of administrative check-in before the stay could be simpler. It took a lot of time and wasn't smooth at all.

• Pajtáš (8/5): Very good - Location, connection, equipment great. It is necessary to fix the uncomfortable and difficult to unfold sofa! I recommend max for two people.

• Danielle (9/5): Fantastic Milan Apartment - Nice kitchen, netflix, bathroom was spacious and the double sinks were a nice touch! Made getting ready in the morning a lot easier for us. Beds were comfortable and big, everything was very clean and the hosts were amazing! We had a couple of questions and the host was able to resolve them almost instantly. Would definitely stay again Only thing would the the location, honestly it wasn’t that bad, just a little far out from things but there was a metro very close which made things easy!
