• Eileen (8/5): Comfortable apartment in Athens - Comfortable apartment with everything we needed. Easy access to public transport, restaurants, cafes and grocery markets. Walking distance (mainly flat) to main sites (30 mins). The private balcony was very sunny in the morning. When in use, noise from the rooftop terrace. The bathroom floor got very wet when using the shower.
• Oleg (10/5): Великолепная поездка - Апартаменты были превосходны, особенно хороша огромная терраса с видом на (если приглядеться) Акрополь и на город в целом. Улица Михаил-Вода тихая, тенистая, в пешей доступности - основные достопримечательности Афин. Выяснили, что главные пункты сбора туристов, собирающихся в одно-двух и более дневные поездки по Греции, расположены буквально рядом с апратаментами - это ж\д станция Ларисса и "Новотель": так что отправляясь в Метеоры, например, можете вставать за 10 минут до отъезда - вам до автобуса будет буквально перебежать дорогу. Владельцы апартаментов предупредительны, вежливы, готовы помочь по первой просьбе - при этом лично мы с ними даже не виделись, то есть, они еще и не навязчивы:) Об этой поездке в Афины у меня остались самые лучшие воспоминания, в чем наш выбор в пользу "Вода Лакшери", безусловно, сыграл далеко не последнюю роль

• Dhwani (4/5): Avoid this place if you are not a backpacker. - Cleanliness and kitchen equipment provided Very basic property, dining table in open terrace. Size of property is not suitable for self catering purposes. Bed space was not enough allowing access from one side only. Two flimsy metal tea tables were placed in front of very big heavy single seat sofas. Wash basin tap was horribly placed. You can’t wash your face without hurting your head or hands. Every taxi drivers we used over five days said area is not safe.

It was my first time visiting. - Spacious, clean apartment with rooftop balcony with view of the Acropolis. The apartment was equipped with everything you need and the bed was comfortable. The apartment was 7mins walk to the nearest metro station.
• Forest66 (8/5): Helles, freundliches Appartement im 6. Stock mit toller Dachterrasse! Akropolis-View - Tolle (eigene) Dachterrasse beim Appartement im 6. Stock mit Blick zum Lykabethos und zur Akropolis. Das App. liegt genau zwischen den Metrostationen Metaxourgio und Larissa Station. Alles ist gut mit der Metro (schnell, zuverlässig, hell, sauber) zu erreichen. Wer gut zu Fuss ist kann vieles auch per pedes machen. Metro-Ausstieg Metaxourgio eher zu empfehlen, als Larissa Station, wie vom Vermieter empfohlen. Der Weg von letzterer führt durch weniger schöne, ungepflegt Wohnstrassen, die wir alleinreisenden Frauen nachts nicht empfehlen würden. das Appartement ist sauber, leise, man hat ausreichend Platz und eben diese tolle Dachterrasse!! der Hauseingang ist hell, sauber, Zugang nur mit Code, Aufzug im Haus. Supermarkt, Restaurants, Cafés in unmittelbarer Nähe. Wir empfehlen diese Unterkunft uneingeschränkt weiter und würden sie bei einem weiteren Besuch Athens wieder buchen. Der Kontakt mit dem Vermieter war unkompliziert, freundlich, hilfreich und umfassend informativ kleine Konsole gegenüber des Küchenblocks als Tisch. Es gab leider nur 1 Stuhl dazu (statt 2). Die Duscharmatur war locker und ließ sich abnehmen

• Cindy (9/5): Nice, modern, clean. - Very Clean, nice decorated apartment. Kitchen with everything you need, nice terrace. AC, TV, iron…good location, outside the busy streets, well communicated, a few mini markets and a supermarket nearby. Rooftop (ask for the code to get back in) with a nice view. Great communication with the staff. A little bit warm, the time we were in the apt the AC had to be on, it gets the sun all morning so we had to keep the windows closed. Maybe a canopy would work.

• Una (10/5): A clean, quiet apartment with easy metro access and nearby supermarkets. - The apartment was a great choice for my stay in Athens. It’s located outside the city center, in an area that’s still well connected, both Omonia and Larissa metro stations are just 7–8 minutes away on foot, making it easy to explore the city. There are also two large Sklavenitis supermarkets nearby, which was very convenient for everyday shopping. I stayed in apartment 601 on the sixth floor, and I really appreciated the calm atmosphere, no street noise at all, and the elevator worked perfectly. The self-check-in process was smooth and efficient: I received access codes for the building and key box, and everything was ready when I arrived. The apartment looked exactly like the photos - clean, bright, and equipped with everything I needed for a comfortable short stay. As a solo traveller, I felt relaxed the entire time. A special highlight was the spacious private terrace, and the building also has a rooftop terrace with a beautiful view of the Acropolis. The Wi-Fi worked flawlessly throughout my stay.
