• Allan (9/5): Great place to stay in Shibuya - Generic information of accessing the property was incorrect.... seemed to apply to a different apartment. Contacted the owner's agent who finally worked out that there was a key in the locked letterbox. Excellent location and amenities.

• Kyle (6/5): Good value, but you get what you pay for. - Location and owner response time were both excellent Bathroom smelled of raw sewage from day one and nothing we did could eliminate the smell. Also minor, but the paint on the kitchen floor was chipping and would come off on our feet and then into the bed. Most inconvenient part was that the WiFi was severely limited. This was not indicated on the booking and we were only allowed to use 5GB of WiFi per 24 hour period. After the 5gb was used, we were left without WiFi until the next day. This was very inconvenient considering that the apartment is advertised for 4 people and 5GB is really not that much for that amount of people.

I was worried since there were reviews about a bad smell, but none of us thought it smelled bad at all. I didn’t love the way the shower was set up, it didn’t make for the most ergonomic experience. I also didn’t like that the paint was peeling off the walls.

Attractive apartment but..... - - Location was fantastic and it was relatively easy to find. - Instructions on how to find the place were good. - The Host was quick to answer our questions when we messaged them. - It wasn't cleaned to the standard of other properties we stayed at during our trip to Japan. The bathroom had a damp smell and the rubbish bins were a bit smelly. This is interesting because we weren't allowed to check in early because we were told the place was being cleaned: it didn't have the appearance of a place that had just been cleaned. - the mattress in the main bedroom was uncomfortable. - the locking system for the front door didn't work initially
