- James (5/5): Our stay in Bicheno was excellent. For safety reasons though we will be seeking an alternate stay. - As my wife Judith is disabled and the property was advertised as being wheelchair accessible, we assumed there would be grab bars in the shower and rails adjacent to the toilet, not just a flat floor throughout. As these simple safety devices are not fitted, Judith's safety was severely compromised. Fortunately, she did not suffer a fall as, with difficulty, I assisted her in the bathroom. I think your advertising needs to provide precise information as to the safety or otherwise of this property for disabled clients. We were unable to use the BBQ as the gas regulator was faulty.

- Brian (10/5): A great stay in a beautiful place. - There were a few supplies for breakfast in the kitchen. We were able to prepare some pancakes and there was tea and coffee. The house was immaculate, uncluttered and well decorated. There is a beautiful beach nearby. We went at sunset hoping to see the penguins emerge from the water but they didn't perform for us. Apparently it is not peak season for them but the beach was beautiful and worth seeing. We were very pleased to stay at the Salt Shack.

We enjoyed the bakery for coffee &am - The house was beautifully decorated to set the scene of beaches & holidays. The large towels were very soft!! We felt very comfortable! The showers were great hot & a great pressure. We liked the property but hope some mirrors could be placed in both bedrooms. The twin bed room needs some hooks on the back of the door. Needs an outdoor washing line. I used the clothes horse to dry bathers & towels.

- Yangyang (10/5): It's a very good place. Spacious, nice interial design, has all the facilities we need. - Nice and clean accommodation, good quality shampoo, conditioner and handwash. I like the fragrance of them. No tissue and kitchen towel provided is a bit inconvenience.

Even the IGA close’s really early we were charged more for the accommodation than what was advertised Tried getting in touch but you never get through to the right person
