Très mauvaise iso - La literie est de qualité et propre, Le quartier est vivant Aucune isolation acoustique, sur une rue passante. De la moquette dans toutes les pièces, cela représente un nid de poussière
• Manuel (5/5): Estaría bien si estuviera más cuidado, pero no lo está. - La ubicación bastante bien, aunque no está al lado de ningún metro, hay que darse un buen paseo. El piso está bien de tamaño, no es pequeño. Lo que ves en las fotos es de cuando fue nuevo, y eso debió ser hace ya tiempo... Las escaleras son muy angostas, y hay muchas que subir. Dice que son tres dormitorios, y no es cierto, uno de ellos es el salón. La cocina no está mal de tamaño y equipamiento, pero está muy sucia. El aseo demasiado pequeño, con un lavabo inútil. El baño pequeño y en un estado lamentable de suciedad, dejadez y cosas rotas. Y además la ducha pierde agua, que cae al techo del salón/dormitorio, que está muy feo y da la impresión de que se va a venir abajo en cualquier momento. Mucha porquería debajo y detrás de cada mueble. No es tan barato como para estar en tan mal estado. Dejaré unas fotos de lo malo.
