• Marcus (1/5): WHATEVER YOU DO, DON'T STAY HERE! - IT'S LIKE STAYING IN A BOARDING HOUSE RATHER THAN PROPER ACCOM!! - Not much to like (if anything) at all about this 'homestay'!...One of the WORST accommodation experiences I've undergone! The foremost impediment to these premises ever becoming a 'good' experience is the fact that the owners have permanent tenants sharing the house with its homestay guests! These permanent tenants were both either drug affected or recovering addicts, while they talked loudly at night, and were basically unclean when it came to their use of the kitchen and bathroom areas - as testified to by the photos. When these circumstances were communicated to the owners, they were either unable to understand English, or feigned that they could not further to the nonchalant responses they gave when these issues were raised, while there were also security problems further to one of the tenants having tried tried to get into the room as it was related to internet problems having occurred because the router was down, and this after these owners had stupidly put the router in the Booking.com homestay room! The bathrooms were also dirty (especially the toilet!) alongside the permanently unwashed dishes and greasy stove, while as a further measure of disrespect on the part of the owners, they had placed their thongs and footwear inside the homesay room, with this being accompanied by sundry baby toys and other inappropriate paraphernalia. As far as the bedding went, there was no top sheet on the bed, with this meaning that the doona on top of it is consequently the same one that each guest uses in-between stays, further to the inability to clean that after each person. Other than this, the front and back garden areas are overgrown with grass and foliage, while they also contain a multitude of rubbish and junk items that the owners have obviously hoarded over a long period. Anyway, and as I say, don't stay here, while as a professional person, this 'experience' was frankly embarrassing, with me reporting this provider to Booking.com!
• Graeme (1/5): Worst time ever - Nightmare. Bathroom and kitchen just horrible and the tenants unbelievably loud and vulgar. Actually felt unsafe there. The woman in the next room was just a train wreck. Be warned, just the low of low.

• Paz (4/5): The house needs some attention - The room was tidy and clean, the desk and fridge are very useful inside, and the wardrobes as well. The bed was comfortable, and we appreciated the electric heater in the room. Too many unnecessary objects in the room, such as baby chairs and a dangerous microwave that we turned on and started flashing lights inside, the shared areas were dirty, specially the toilet room and the sink in shower room, and both needed door locks. The front yard looked very messy with garbage in it, and there was a leak on the ceiling nearby the front door inside the room. Hopefully the window board could be replaced since the cold air comes from it.

• Laura (9/5): Clayton stay. - The room was big with our own microwave and fridge. Storage space two wardrobes. Comfortable bed. Peacefully quiet at night a great place for a good sleep. That you had to go through the kitchen to get to the toilet the toilet was further away than I hoped as it was in the back rooms.The presentation outside the front was a bit stale.

• Usha (6/5): Pleasant - I liked that I got a separate entrance to the room. It was easy to excess my room. The kitchen was very smelly n always dirty. I couldn't use it at all. I had to pass the kitchen daily to use the toilet. It wasn't pleasant.

• Sophie (1/5): I feel like I got scammed. I want my money back. - Nothing The presentation of the house was disgusting. The photos on booking.com did not match the house (not even slightly). The house was full of furniture that the land lord was hoarding. The bed was uncomfortable and the sheets provided where stained. We were not told that we would be sharing the house with others. The fridge was full of food from the other house mates so we felt like we were intruding on others peoples space when putting our food in the fridge. There was no freezer provided so our frozen food went off. There was no toilet paper provided. The Asian woman house mate was up late at night having arguments and speaking loudly on her phone and woke up my partner and I. The land lord entered the property at 3am in the morning (on the last night of our stay) dropping off more furniture to her house, she was loud, the light outside our room kept turning on everytime the landlord entered the house filling our room with light while we tried to sleep. When the land lord was asked what she was doing she had no consideration for our comfort and continued to try enter the house to clean and move furniture around.
