• khoa (10/5): Overall good experience - Great location, very luxury apartment, friendly staff AC was weak so living room was hot. Sofa was uncomfortable to sleep.
• loraine (10/5): Fabulous - The apartment was light, roomy with all mod cons. So near to the beautiful shops and restaurants. A very secure area. Views over London Absolutely loved it and Tanya was lovely 😀 The only thing that I could find wrong was the lack of mirrors other than the bathroom, meaning we couldn't dry our hair. Plenty of plug sockets though. I mentioned this to the host who promised she would have a mirror put in for our visit next year.

• Luca (10/5): - Stunning apartment 1 minute walk from the Tube, in an incredibly beautiful area of London. We adored every second of it. Thanks to Tanya for accommodating our needs during check-in and responding to all of my questions, and thanks to Hamza for all the interactions leading up to our stay. Highly recommended.

• Andreas (10/5): Jättefin lägenhet med bra läge - Stort, rent och modernt. Läget var fantastiskt med fin utsikt över London. Nära shopping, kollektivtrafik och en lekpark precis utanför. Det fanns inget att anmärka på.
• Machiko (9/5): Ideal location with clean and comfortable stay! - The location couldn't be better! Short walk from the tube station was the best thing for our family of elderly and kids. The room was very spacious and clean. Overall we were very happy! Lots of cafes and shops near by was also bonus. There were some hiccups such as microwave stops working now and then, shower-head comes out with just water pressure, one of the keys didn't work for the garbage room door, etc. But none of them didn't lead to the disaster and we managed to get around it.
• David (9/5): Modern, spacious apartment outside the center but within a 20-minute underground ride. - The apartment was spacious, modern and clean. Having three bathrooms was great. The apartment itself is located just a few hundred feet from the underground station, so access was easy. The beds were not very comfortable, I'm not sure they're queens (and kings would have fit in the rooms) and there were very few drawers for storing clothing. All of these problems can be easily fixed.

• Anthony (9/5): Superb, would stay again. - Great apartment and location. All very clean and the communication was very good. Sofa bed was really uncomfortable.
• Elize (9/5): - Fantastic location with easy acces to transit and shopping. Having so many well appointed bathrooms was wonderful. A full kitchen was a bonus.
• GRAHAM (10/5): Comfy & spacious modern apartment - We had a truly enjoyable stay at this modern apartment in Battersea. It is spacious, comfortable and well appointed, and it was also quiet at night. The position is great for all that is going on in the new Battersea Power Station development and beyond (Tate Britain, South Kensington, Battersea Park and the river front) and there is good transport locally and to the West End. Communication with the host could not have been easier and Tanya was a really helpful contact during our stay. There is nothing we didn't like with the booking or during our stay.

Host was very friendly and understanding, always checking in and asking if we needed help. The apartment itself is wonderful, was very clean and spacious with adjustable heating in each room. Will definitely be booking again :) Only qualm was the microwave didn’t work. Apart from that everything was perfect.

Check in und Check out unkompliziert Die Matratzen in zwei von drei Schlafzimmern sind absolut durchgelegen. Kein großer Spiegel und keine Möglichkeit ( trotz vorhandenen Föhnen in den Badezimmern, die aber nicht den passenden Stecker für die Steckdosen im Bad hatten) sich vor einem Spiegel die Haare zu föhnen.

• Stephen (10/5): Great location, large apartment, and excellent communication - The location is great and easy to find - entrance is next to the Wagamama restaurant and across from the playground. Communication with Tatiana was excellent. The pictures of the apartment are accurate - spacious with a large television, a nice kitchen, and clothes washer/dryer. The flat is a great value for London. The area is near tons of interesting restaurants, pubs, the mall, Battersea Park, and other activities. The Tube Station, Thames Pier and Bus Stop are all a short walk away. And the building architecture is really cool. Nothing. everything worked perfectly.

The property is located very close to the underground with convenient connections. Also excellent range of restaurants and bars very close. A great shopping area inside the renovated Power Station.? The access is difficult and suggest that a more suitable method of entry be arranged. Once you have the keys it is great but very difficult to manage up to that point

The apartment was spotlessly clean, spacious, comfortable and had extras like coffee and condiments. Views of Battersea Power Station were amazing. Would highly recommend and would definitely stay again. Thank you very much.

• Scott (7/5): Good - Clean, new facility Elevators are stupid. Stop reinventing what already is working. The 110v power still doesn’t allow polarity sensitive plugs to be used. Housekeeping came an hour early and then seemed irritated when we left at 11 am as the instructions said.

The house is very nice , I would only improve the matress, a little too soft, other than that all was impecable

Apparently there was an issue with the flat above, Getting ready in the dark was very difficult.
• Neenu (1/5): Dirty and disappointing - Location The property had clearly not been cleaned when we arrived. The kitchen and bathrooms were dirty, the beds had clearly been slept in, there were no clean towels, the bin was overflowing, dishwasher full of dirty dishes. The host was not very apologetic or responsive. She said she would send a cleaner who arrived over an hour later than we were told. We were asked to wait to let the cleaner in which was inconvenient. By the time the cleaner arrived we had to leave to go to dinner and were not comfortable leaving a stranger with a key to the apartment with all our belongings inside. The host was then angry at us and claimed we should have taken our suitcases with us if we were not happy to leave a key with the cleaner. We had to sleep without clean sheets and use the dirty facilities. We’ve been offered a mere 25% refund which is not fair for what we have been through. Thankfully we only had booked one night. Do not stay here!
• Aurea (10/5): Overall, we were highly satisfied with the accommodation that we’ve got. - The apartment is new and facilities were excellent. The bed and pillows are comfortable. Liked the roomy bedrooms and bathrooms. It’s conveniently located close to the train station and have a mini shopping mall. It was a challenge to find the place. Better description and instruction would’ve helped to locate it. Coming from the USA is difficult to understand how the appliances work. Manuals need to be kept for reference. An electrical outlet for blow dryer in the bathroom would be nice.

Underground parking. It’s in the middle of new developments in Battersea. Everything you needed is right there. We will definitely be back. Everything was perfect
