• Laurentiu (8/5): Good choice - Overall the property it was a good choice for us and was great for value, being relatively close to the subway station (Lima) and very close to the bus station at a very good price compared to other properties. We stayed in this apartment for 3 nights. We didn't expect luxury, but the lack of cleanliness bothered us the most. The bathroom is very small, with a toilet under the shower, but quite dirty. The shower head sprayed water everywhere. The towels had a bad smell. The rest of the apartment had the same mess on the floor, probably they only clean with a broom, which is not enough. The beds creaked at the slightest movement. As I said, at this price we didn't expect luxury, but it has to be clean!

También cerca de bares y comercios y en línea recta a 20 minutos de la estación de tren y comunidad con todos los transporte. Una experiencia excepcional Como consejo para futuros huéspedes, quizás es conveniente incluir una toalla de pies para la ducha, pero el apartamento está equipado con toallas, sábanas y mantas para los huéspedes, así que te despreocupas de llevarlo

• Anna-Lena (8/5): - Der kostenlose Kaffee und das gekühlte Trinkwasser. Außerdem die Möglichkeit kostenlos unsere Wäsche waschen zu können. Es gibt leider nur einen kleinen Spiegel über dem Waschbecken im Badezimmer, was so eng und klein ist, dass man sich davor kaum fertig machen kann. Da hätten wir uns einen zweiten GANZKÖRPERSPIEGEL zB in der oberen Etage gewünscht. Außerdem haben wir auf der viel zu weichen Matratze schlecht schlafen können.

• Maria (9/5): I would definitely recommend it to someone and if i go again in milan I would be very happy to stay there again! - The location is good,the owner obviously tried very hard so we can be comfortable in the apartment because there was coffee left for us, every utility u need was there.The bed was very comfortable. Everything was clean and tidy. The only thing is the stairs to the bedroom was little shaking.

The apartment was compact but had everything we needed for a short stay. The mezzanine with the bedroom is not super high (not recommended if you are over 1m90) and the bed was not especially comfortable.

For my family, it is a peaceful location, and the neighbourhood is ideal for families seeking a quiet atmosphere. The host is easily accessible. This apartment has everything we need for a comfortable stay. Good location, there are some supermarkets, restaurants and bars.

• Katriin (1/5): Hoping I did not catch a disease. - Communication and check-in was fine and I will give 1 star for that. One of the worst places I have ever stayed at. Firstly, the property had not been cleaned, only the bed had been prepared and trash removed. The place was beyond disgusting, crumbs and food waste all over the kitchen, a big ball of hair in the shower (which could have been easily removed), dirty floors, not to mention the unbelievable stench, the apartment truly smelled like a sewer. The shower was heavily clogged and it sits adjacent to the toilet within the same cubicle, so the whole space flooded with more than 5cm of water. It looked like the area around the toilet/shower had not been cleaned for months so together with the overflow of water it created one of the most unhygienic experiences of my life - basically you end up in a pool of other people’s hair and filth and things I do not even want to imagine. Furthermore, in the (open!) bathroom cabinet there were used sanitary products! I was so disgusted that I couldn’t touch a single thing in the apartment anymore. The fact that they couldn’t even do the bare minimum of picking up filthy intimate wipes in clear view speaks volumes of the people renting this place out. It still makes my stomach turn. Secondly, the host failed to mention that the building is under HEAVY construction! In the early morning I was woken to the sound of debris plummeting down right outside the door. This would not stop, so I had to leave the property. I was supposed to stay for 2 days but ended up leaving almost immediately because I could not bare the conditions. The smell alone was not tolerable, but combined with construction and the obscenely low level of hygiene and safety I feel that places like these should be banned from a hospitality platform.

Property owner more than happy to give tips and be there fo - Everything was great, from water on arrival and little drinks such as tea or coffee, the shower and toilet were in great condition. The bedroom had lots of space which a nice comfy bed and the living room was nice and cosy with a tv with everything you could want There was anything bad about the property

The owner was very helpful via whatsapp throughout our stay and couldn't do enough to make sure our stay was comfortable. The shower drain was clogged when we arrived. The owner sorted this while we were out for the day, however so the issue was brief and quickly fixed the same day.

(Friendly tip for guests: when pressing switches to figure out lights - check if you did not turn off the water heater :D ) One-use slippers would be great since floors are cold at winter. Otherwise everything is great.
