• Razna (8/5): Perfect location and a very comfortable stay. Would stay again. - The location, very close to shops and restaurants. The apartment was very spacious. The air conditioning wasn’t working. The bathroom was dirty. No tea or coffee.

• Tony (9/5): Great Value for Money, Great Location, close to grocery shops and metro station. - Location was great, streets are nice around the area, the rooms were neat and tidy. Had issues accessing the property on day one, but once we had the key from the lock box everything was ok.

• Manpreet (1/5): Extremely poor - Middle of night 1.30am we have to leave because of gas leaking when we called receptionist said we can’t do anything will see in the morning after arguing with her that it’s not safe to sleep she arranged another apartment , we have to pay for Uber, when we reached the apartment it was only 1 bedroom but we were four people no extra linen, cold weather. No heaters. When we called it’s only 1 bedroom we were told it’s just a matter of one night will change in the morning but they did not picked our phone no response. We know how hard was to stay 2 nights 😡 Nothing
• Małgorzata (7/5): Great location, but too warm. - Well-organized entrance to the apartment. The apartment includes basic cosmetics and towels. We missed a coffee machine, but fortunately there was a traditional Italian coffee maker. The apartment is not suitable for use in hot weather. It is very warm at night and there is no possibility of rest. There is no air conditioning, but also no device, not even a fan, that would move the stagnant air.
• Hollie (9/5): Great location, very clean, amazing amenities. - I liked that the keys were available when I arrived and I did not have to speak to anyone. I wish they had fans or air con as it is very hard to get a good night sleep when it so hot and humid.
• Christian (8/5): Very good - Very good location (central). Easy system to access. Responsiveness of people. Space and internet connection. No toaster and bowl for salads. No fan in any room to accommodate high ambient air temperature (32C). Would be a plus to be explained about the ZTL and how to manage it.
• Sagida (4/5): My worst booking experience ever. Stay away from this place - Location. The customer service is nice with you,but might say to nice things behind your back. I had bad experience from the day of booking. The cleaning fee was bot reflected in the final price, but was written in small lines under the price. The initial booking price was 450 CAD and they deducted from my account 670 CAD which is almost twice more than the reflected price. They refused to arrange free cancellation. I’m very disappointed with the apartment and the service they provided with incorrect information about how to get in. I was staying under the rain trying to open the outside door. I was lucky enough to reach out one of the neighbors and she opened the door. I could not lock the door from inside because the lever was broken. I was not feeling safe to sleep with the door open! On May 1 at night, I sent the photo of the door to a person who reached out to me, next day they came to fix it. Also, they didn’t notify me about the construction going in one of the apartments and I was woken up due to the heavy construction noise early in the morning. When I submitted my first dispute request on booking, they provided incorrect information saying that “she refused to receive assistance” which is not true. I sent the photo and came to an agreement that they would come to fix it next day. I have a correspondence on What’s up. Since when simple customer request is «arrogant behavior »? Regarding the wifi, there is no such wifi name as Como Altido in the list. I managed to figured it out, the name and the password of the wifi is different and it’s written on the roater. I have a screen of it as well. Apart from that, the iron (which is listed on the lift of items is broken) and they provided it very late in the last day of my departure when I didn’t need it at all. When I moved out they reached out to me accusing me that they didn’t find towels and bed linens!
