• Yanitsa (10/5): - Невероятно място! Чисто, топ хигиена, без забележка. Просторна всекидневна, удобна спалня, малка кухня, но оборудвана с всичко необходимо, и най-важното, посудата блести от чистота. Чаршафите и кърпите ухаят на омекотител. И капсули за кафе има, захар, вода. Нямам забележка. Наемодателя си е свършил работата както трябва. Препоръчвам!!!

• Sadi (1/5): Not as expected - Location is close to touristic areas. The bathroom in the apartment had a persistent sewage smell that did not go away. The odor was so strong that we could not sleep all night. In addition, the sink pipe was broken, so we couldn’t properly wash our hands as the water leaked onto the floor. We also had trouble accessing the property. The host initially sent us the wrong entry code, and we had to wait outside in the cold for hours. When we finally managed to get in touch, instead of assisting us properly, the host did not immediately provide the correct code, leaving us outside until we were eventually able to check in. Furthermore, the entire apartment and building had a strong smell of mold and dampness, which is concerning for health, especially for longer stays. The nightstand and other areas of the apartment were dusty, and unfortunately the Wi-Fi connection was not reliable. We chose this place based on positive reviews, but unfortunately our experience was disappointing and we did not leave satisfied.

• Ka Fung (7/5): Some goods and bads - Location was good, which is probably the highlight of this property, and it's a good size flat. Comfortable sofa. Very helpful and responsive property manager. The curtains have a lot of gaps on them, the sunlight would penetrate them in the morning, which is not ideal as the sunlight woke us up really early in the morning. The shower water would splash and came out a little when taking a shower since there is no platform that separates the shower area and the rest of the washroom. Toilet is a little dated and required renovation. The bed isn't very comfortable, and pillows are really flat. Sofa might need a proper deep clean too. Generally speaking, I was expecting the flat to be a little better.

Може би батериите на дистанционното бяха свършили. Нямаше обяснение къде точно в сградата се намира апартамента и трябваше да се обадя, за да полюча разяснения. Получих три различни кода за достъп преди да се настаня. Към блока има градинка, която може да бъде отваряна за пушачи
• Georgiev (10/5): - Престоят ми беше страхотен! Апартаментът се намира в сърцето на София – чист и уютен, с всичко необходимо за комфортен престой. Собственикът беше изключително отзивчив. Тъй като често пътувам до София, това вече е новата ми любима локация за нощуване. Горещо препоръчвам!

• Luminita (9/5): Nice, clean apartment for a family of 3, perfect for a wknd in Sofia - Nice, clean apartment, vintage look, near to city center, nice restaurants and cafes (walking distance), has AC, confortable bed and sofa, it was a bit difficult with parking but the host was very kind to help us find a solution. The apartment does not have a kitchen, only a refrigerator but that was not a problem for us. The host is very nice and helpful. Some strange smell in the bathroom, the street light during night is quite powerfull and exactly in front of the windows, the blinds are not opaque enough for those that prefer just a little light or total darkness at night.

• Ivana (10/5): Modern apartment in the city center - Modern apartment on the first floor in old building close to all famous places in Sofia. It has everything that you need. WiFi is excellent. The building is without elevator.

The communication with the host was good and the overal atmosphere of the apartment was also good. We had everything we needed for our stay. The bathroom could be modernized, but it is functional.

• Nevyana (8/5): Comfortable accommodation in the center of Sofia - A very pleasant spot to stay away from home. It is situated in the theater district, right in the center of Sofia. Numerous theaters, cafes, restaurants, and galleries may be found nearby. All the necessities for a brief visit were provided in the apartment. As is typical of many historic buildings in the heart of Sofia, the common areas of the building were a little rundown. The apartment might be somewhat cleaner.

• Marina (8/5): Good for a short stay - Perfect location. Spacious living room. The apartment is perfect for a short business trip. Good value for money. It’s clean. Be aware that there is no elevator so if you are having big suitcases it’s a challenge. The windows were very old and on a Friday night it was noisy. I didn’t feel very safe with such an old front wooden door.

• Tatyana (8/5): Very good - Large appartment, clean and with all necessary things (fridge, coffee machine etc.). Nice linens, very soft. Entrance to building is very dark, I arrived late, and it was a bit scary to get into the building. Automatic light switched only when I was on stairs, and its quite significant distance to go to stairs in full darkness.

It also had the tiniest kitchen I've ever seen but it looked well put together and had enough equipment for a short stay. The hosts were friendly and helpful. It's a shame we stayed only for one night. We opt to pay for a safer parking space nearby than leaving a car on the street.

• Ksenia (9/5): Superb - All was great and as we expected. The location is convenient, easy to reach a manager, pet-friendly, equipped with all needed for a stay. Generally the apartment was clean and working, but there were some old spider nets under the ceiling and the shower head was a bit leaking.
• Misiaka (10/5): Exceptional - The apartment was very nice, excellent decorated with beautiful colours and furniture. There is a parking area in the parallel road (1€ per hour) where we left the car. The owner sent us info about how to get in through a video, which was really helpful. The best of this apartment is the location. We didn’t need to move the car, because all the important sights were accessible on foot. Also the area was quite enough to get rest.
