• Michelle (8/5): Lovely large house - Very roomy, for the 5 of us and extremely close but to Monash Uni for my daughter’s graduation day. We thought there where 2 bathrooms from the advertising
• Jo (5/5): Wouldn’t stay there again! - Easy to get to off freeway Furniture wasn’t the same as pictured. Furniture was old and worn. Gardens overgrown. Crockery dirty. Was clean.
• Karen (10/5): Excellent hosts. Loved the location and the house and garden very spacious and comfy - Excellent hosts. Property is located in an area that is easy to get onto the Monash freeway. Not much except host is aware tv needs attention
• W (10/5): - Secure property. Nice open space with plenty of beds. Great location, easy to get on and off the highway. Close to shops. Also great that we were able to bring our dog with us. Hosts were responsive with messages. Can't think of anything right now
• Ingrid (5/5): Probably wouldn’t stay again - I thought the price was fair for the area and the people we had in our group. The host responded quickly to our call when we had trouble getting in the door. The door should of been fixed before we arrived as he knew the barrel was dodgy. The house I felt needs a very good clean as there was several spider webs everywhere and the kitchen could use a good clean in cupboards , also very dusty . Shower drain had hair all in it. Tv remote was missing also It served my purpose but just feel like it needs to be cleaner
• Cathy (6/5): Good location in need of a professional clean - The lounge room and kitchen were spacious. House could do with a professional clean. Air con in one of the rooms did not work. Back room with ensuite smelt mouldy. All windows where screwed shut so we could not get any airflow through the house. Wall exhaust ventilation from back room toilet went into the next bedroom making it hard to enter the bedroom or go to sleep if someone was in the bathroom.
• wai po (7/5): 住屋基本設施都有，價錢也合宜。但cooking utensil就真的很污糟，用唔落手，原本可煮餸都唔得，真的美中不足，要改善啦 - 方便快㨗，也清晰，不太煩覆 門鎖不易開啟，要就及試幾次才開到門，不暢順不甚方便。因開唔到，或鎖匙轉動不到，怕太大力鎖匙會斷，後來找到方法不用強，才開到門。但後門的匙始終開唔到門，要處理吓，否則都頭痛，斷了匙就更煩。

• Shona (4/5): Perfect location, terribly unmaintained home. - Nice spacious open plan living and comfortable lounge. Bathtub was great for the little one. The location was really good too, close to everything. The whole property was completely overgrown making the yard unusable. The term "secluded in leafy gardens" is an extreme understatement, the grass was so long I wouldn't let my kids play outside for fear of snakes. There were spiderwebs and spiders everywhere in the house. The toilet area absolutely reeked of urine. The imitation fireplace in the picture was inoperable. The pictures in the listing were misleading and we were ultimately disappointed with the house.
• Chris (9/5): House was very good value, clean and cozy. It was in a great location for our trip. - 4 mid aged men stayed on a golf trip. The house was comfortable, well laid out and clean. Off street parking made us all feel safe and secure. Only gripe were the very thin pillows, even 2 pillows were still not thick enough.

There are security cameras so felt safe. The TV, but we didn’t come to Melbourne to watch TV… and the gate should be lockable, however since there were security cameras, we felt safe
