- Sonja (1/5): Extremely Disappointed – Would Never Stay Here Again - We stayed here for 4 nights and were deeply disappointed from the moment we arrived. The apartment reeked of cigarette smoke, making it uncomfortable to even breathe inside. We immediately contacted the owners, but they never bothered to respond — not even once during our stay. The place was nothing like the photos: much smaller, with furniture and appliances that felt old, worn, and tired. Even basic things were neglected — one of the towels had a stain on it, which was disgusting and unacceptable. The building itself might look impressive from the outside, but the reality is a nightmare. There are 4 elevators for a massive building, and one was constantly broken. On Saturday night during peak time, a second elevator broke down. We ended up waiting over 30 minutes before giving up and walking from the 9th floor all the way to the 35th — completely exhausting and ridiculous for a property charging these rates. This was one of the most uncomfortable and disappointing stays we’ve ever had. Between the lack of cleanliness, terrible communication from the hosts, misleading photos, and the nightmare elevator situation, I honestly can’t recommend this place to anyone. It’s nothing like advertised, and I wish we had stayed somewhere else.
