• Gidic (8/5): - Nicht weit von den Verbindungsstrassen und zum Meer. Die Informationen zum einchecken und der Parkplatz waren sehr hilfreich. Das Apartment war mit dem nötigsten ausgestattet.
• sarah (10/5): - The apartment was perfect for the two of us, so much so we booked to return after a short in-between trip to Granada. We loved the local area, the local beach and beach bar and restaurant, the restaurants in the local area after a busy day in Málaga centre. The walk to Málaga and running in and out along the sea suited us perfectly and a quick dip in the sea after a run and we had the pool to ourselves as off season. David's communication was excellent and instructions. We would totally recommend if you like walking and a quieter area to return to in the evenings. Everything we needed was in the apartment and lovely sunny little terrace.
• Mikel2022 (10/5): Apartamento muy cómodo, completo y bien atendido. - Acabo de salir de mi estancia y me he ido muy contento. El apartamento es pequeño, pero muy cómodo. Diré que la cocina está muy equipada en cuanto a cosas que normalmente compras en el súper pero acabas usando solo un poco, entonces al ya haberlas de huéspedes anteriores es un detalle que el anfitrión las conserve para que las pueden aprovechar los siguientes huéspedes. Lo destaco porque en otros alojamienros donde he estado, el personal de limpieza simplemente se llevaba lo que había "sobrado". Hablo de cosas como aceite, sal, especias; etc. Lo mismo con cosas de baño. Cosas de higiene íntima, cepillo de dientes por si olvidaste el tuyo, etc. La cama es cómoda, tanto que quise mirar la referencia del colchón por si acaso tengo que comprar uno para mí en un futuro. El espacio es suficiente para estar unos días sin ningún problema. El parking es pequeño, pero en principio hay plazas asignadas a cada apartamento y la entrada y salida del mismo, aunque es una cuesta muy empinada, se hace fácil. Tuve la atención continua del anfitrión por WhatsApp para que pudiese entrar y salir sin que hubiese confusión. La zona es bonita y tranquila. En resumen, guardo este alojamiento para futuras visitas a Málaga. Había niños en el apartamento de arriba y con ellos, mucho ruido de que corren de un lado al otro. Pero eso obviamente es puro azar y por eso no influye en la calidad general del apartamento. La salida es a las 11h y, aunque a mí me sobró tiempo porque mi vuelo salía pronto, sí es verdad que opino que es una hora muy pronta de check out en cualquier alojamiento, sea el que sea. Pero esto tampoco mermará mi valoración ni condicionará el volver o no a hospedarme aquí.

• Bogi (10/5): Excellent host, well equipped and good location - The apartment is small but well-planned and cozy. We stayed for several weeks working remotely and studying - the location is perfect for studies at Malaca Instituto! David is a terrific host, and comes highly recommended. He's really attentive and very helpful and any time we had a minor issue, for instance with a broken lamp, he resolved it in a timely and swift manner. The kitchen is small but very well equipped and apart from an oven has everything you need for cooking, and there was even detergent and spices supplied. Just a tip that we figured out: Don´t use the kettle at the same time as the water heater is working, or the power will cut (easily fixed, by resetting the fuse). As it was rainy during our stay, the apartment was a little damp being on the ground floor.

• Mahbooba (10/5): - The property was an absolutely stunning property and in a prime location. The property is 10 minutes away from the beach alongside near restaurants and shops. Very accessible to get to and from the property on transport too. David, the host, was extremely friendly and answered all our questions. We will definitely book this property again and thank David for his hospitality.

• Maria gabriela (9/5): Hermoso departamento, muy recomendable! - Hermoso departamento, pequeño pero con todo lo necesario, cómodo, muy buen gusto en la decoración, cómoda la cama, toallas de primera calidad, la cocina tenía todo lo necesario incluso condimentos para cocinar, también lavarropas que fue muy útil, tender ..nos encantó!!! me parece que no deberían exigir que el turista tenga que llevar las bolsas de residuos hasta los container a 50 mts del departamente, eso debería hacerlo el personal de limpieza, es la primera vez que nos piden eso.

Location is a bit far from Center of Malaga but good connection with a bus ( about 10-12 min ) which we used because of parking problems in Center and it was very convenient . • Corina (8/5): Good place to explore the region - Studio with a small terrace at the ground floor of a residential building. A bit further away from the center but easily accessible by car. Pleasant, rather quiet place (not always but most of the time), well fitted kitchen, functional appliances. Very good communication with the host, David was very prompt, he sent very detailed instructions on access and a map of the surroundings and kindly responded to our questions. Parking facility inside the property is very convenient considering the area, a little bit tight entrance but manageable. Several stores and restaurants nearby. Really tiny bathroom and implicitly everything in it, you could barely move or turn around.

• Kamila (7/5): Good location, great Internet, parking included in the price - The place is well situated. It is close to the shop, cafe, bakery, restaurant and beach. If you want to get to the center of Malaga, that's not a problem either, because there is a bus stop nearby. Additionally, the advantage is that the apartment has a washing machine and a super-equipped kitchen (there is everything you need to make coffee and breakfast). A huge plus is the excellent, fast internet and parking included in the price. There was no clothes dryer, which is a bit difficult because you have nowhere to hang your laundry.
