Simone (7/5): Good - Location was great. Communication is very poor. I had to contact booking.com as I still hadn't received any Communication the morning I was due to check-in.
Soniviel (1/5): Bad - "The owner is a scammer, dont ever trust anything good that she said. At first we would like to stay for 1 night, then check out for 2 nights because we are going out of town and coming back on the 4rd day so it will saves us some amount of $...then she said just keep on staying and she will refund 1 day. Then we agreed. On the 1st day we arrives...my son was showered on the master bed room's bathroom...then the floor drain was clogged but we never took the picture and so we forgot to tell the owner. When we are back on the 4th day...we do realize that the water on the master bed room's bathroom shower still clogged but we keeps forgetting to report. On the 8th day...the hand shower's hose at the outside bathroom was fell apart from the hand shower head which is weird because we have never took out the hand shower head from the hanger but the hose fell apart suddently. Then we report both problems to the owner. The answer was: 1. The hose at the hand shower was not broken so i have to replace it, then we replaced it and send the picture/video as proof. 2. The water clogged she answered it might just hairs caused the clogged. So we try to clean it up but it was not that many hairs...even though we cleaned it is still clogged. Until we finally checked out...we ask the refund as she was promised then she said the shower clogged and must send a technician to repair and said it was caused by a *human operate incorrectly*???? And already 2 weeks no update at all.
Krunal (1/5): Highly don’t recommend this property - Only thing good for this property is location. Except nothing. No locks in any bedroom No locks in toilets No fan or air conditioning in bedrooms except master. If it’s hot weather you can’t leave in this property Bathroom water doesn’t drain

Scott (8/5): Very good - The space inside the apartment. Being able to park 2 cars was fantastic. The location to shops, restaurants was great.. A few more kitchen items such as better can opener and serving plates and bowls to make salads in and some additional oven trays just to make eating in tbe apartment easier for a family that would be my only suggestion there and the shower heads and attachments could do with being replaced as they were broken in both bathrooms usable but not ideal...

House was big and well furnished worked really well for our needs The Wifi password was incorrect - when i messaged and asked for it, I had no response however I got messaged for checkin & checkout promptly.
