• Xuan Thao (8/5): - I like the location. One of the bedrooms without blinds , so the mornings the sunlights shining in , make it impossible to sleep and the mattress in that room is too soft.

• Jane (8/5): Great apartment in a great location - The location was wonderful and the help with parking at the property was wonderful There was no inside table and chairs so it was difficult to sit and eat breakfast especially with children. Also no small milk provided even though there was coffee and tea so we had to head out to grab some.

• Lisa (5/5): Cheap accommodation with cheap furniture and fittings. - Clean and bright. Elevated views. Two sofas. Relatively inexpensive. Uncomfortable beds. No dining table and chairs. Limited cutlery and one dinner plate. Couldn’t unpack suitcase as not enough hangers or any drawers to put things away. 5 cheap plastic hangers per wardrobe. Had to pay additional $25 per day to park car on site. Which I felt was misleading as the accommodation reads ‘parking’ Check in was clunky - having to meet someone other than the booking host about 400 metres away from the accommodation and give them $50 cash before they’d release details of car parking. Due to its location it is noisey, surrounded by major roads, therefore you cannot open windows or doors. Constant traffic noise even when inside. Some visible mould in the shower.

• 🌤️🌥️⛅ (9/5): - Die Wohnung ist sehr großzügig. Aus dem 18. Stock hat man eine grandiose Aussicht. Die Wohnung ist von der Autobahn leicht zu erreichen. Trotzdem kann man alle sehenswürdigkeiten fußläufig erkunden. Der Empfang war freundlich und problemlos. Da ist kein Hotel ist erfolgt die Absprache für die Schlüsselübergabe telefonisch. Der Parkplatz befindet sich im Hochhauskomplex und ist somit für einen Campervan. Nicht nutzbar. Für normale Autos, aber sehr praktisch.
• dale (10/5): Tranquillity Cosy - Stunning beautiful views. Everything was clean, tidy, and cosy.. No tea or cofpe but no big deal as we needed to get milk and water so easy done Woolworths is around the corner. The owner was courteous and very attentive. The only concern was the towels in the first bedroom were stained and looked unclean but they had been washed...so we didn't use them but you suppled 2 towels per room so that fixed our only issue as we shared the second bedroom towels.

• Brooks (6/5): Great location and view - Location and the view. No traffic noise. Host was polite and helpful. The cleaning staff left towels and bed linen in the dryer prior to our arrival and we're still damp. When we used the washing machine it caused a short circuit and stopped. We couldn't get it working for over an hour. The main issue we had was the pool area being closed due to a broken glass panel in the ceiling. There was a note on the entrance door from property mgt stating it was closed until further notice. The note was over a week old. This was very disappointing because we chose to stay here to use the pool. It would have been helpful if the host notified us prior to our stay of this.

• Tianzheng (9/5): Worth it. - Location is absolutely the best. Utilities and furniture are clean, tidy and working well. Love the view of city vibe with sunshine. There's only one remote control for two air-conditioning in two rooms, which can be inconvenient, but can overcome it by bringing the right clothes etc. Can have quilts at different warmth level. Carpark is available in the apartment but is crowed. Be careful when driving through. But it's still better than finding public parking. Everything else is fantastic.
• Anand (1/5): Extremely bad - I went with my wife and daughter for my wifes birthday to Southbank serenity and called to the given phone number half an hour before to get arranged for the keys. No one answering the phone and says the phone is currently switched off and keep calling multiple times but no response. Send the message and still no response. Went inside the apartment the front reception and I was told that I booked the apartment through Booking. Com and they can't help me. Called multiple times to the given number and even message the property for keys. The message I received was approved for check in. But how can I check in when I didn't have keys to check in and park my car. Finally came back home with my family very disappointed. Please contact me to follow-up with this problem. I didn't get the keys to get in the apartment and to park my car

• Ebony (8/5): Beautiful place - Great location, beautiful room and view and great communication and service by owner. Such a small con was no fans or air conditioning that we could work. Split systems in the room didn’t seem to work.

• Gaynor (8/5): A comfortable place to stay with an easy walk to Melbourne attractions. - The room was spacious and located on the 18th floor with good city outlook. It also has a small balcony but it was a bit cold to stay out there - it would be lovely for summer though. Both bedrooms have a good outlook too and there's even a peek of the sea. There were grocery stores nearby and an easy 10 minute walk to the river and attractions. The only suggestion would be to provide sachets of washing powder for washing clothes.

It was a great base for us to use when we attended our conference. The room was immaculate, we had everything we needed. Unfortunately, neither of us slept well as we found the mattresses a bit hard. If you upgrade those mattresses, your property would be 100% perfect.

• Te (10/5): Most spacious apartment we’ve stayed at in the city with a great view and close to everything. - The apartment was so spacious! The living and kitchen area were more than comfortable and the view out over Southbank was great as you weren’t looking straight into another building. Light and bright. It was a warm day and the outdoor part of the air conditioning unit was blowing out hot air directly on to the small balcony so we couldn’t sit out there.

Happened to be the weekend following the F1 GP so lots of hype! Very compact apartment. No dining table or counter for eating meals. One broken plug for kitchen sinks.

• Tracey (3/5): Poor - Not much Had to pick fob up at another location (in peak hour ),so that was not a great start 😕 Carpet in apartment was clearly not vaccumed . Used smoke butt in ashtray on landing outside. Television was cheap and small. In the draw in bathroom where hair-dryer was had long black hairs in the draw. Cheap bed and ordinary uncomfortable pillows. The add for the room said ocean view, which there was a small view of the ocean. It also stated that there was a river view and views of the city. False advertising 😑

Location was perfect and parking was excellent. It was great for a quick overnight stay before heading home. The check-in process was a little confusing. I perhaps misread the instructions but the host was extremely helpful which was appreciated.

• Henrika (9/5): Superb - Great location, nice view from bedrooms and living room, easy check in and check out process, very nice and friendly staff/host. Definitely great place to stay in Melbourne. The bathroom completes with nice skin products. Free secured undercover parking. Bedroom 1 - Mattress is way too soft, maybe time to replace with new one. The washing machine was out of order, but we were informed at the booking confirmation.
